Even though saumya was a kid and bhavya is not looks like as per bhavya being the the acp and all she would be elder to Rudy as Rudy was studying together with saumya.

Saumya had the cuteness which bring out the spark in their chemisty

I have nothing against Mansi but this character ain't working one bit...least of all with Rudy...calling the premise flimsy doesn't even begin to describe it...the girl is literally living in the house like a bahu without any clarification from anyone...LOL she's been christened "Rudy waali" officially by Daadi so all izz well? Basic logic and build up doesn't matter one bit? And what a "story" and "conflict point"...they are "fighting" cuz he can't get over the fact that a woman is stronger than him? ROFL such "depth" in the writing, much wow *slow claps*

Sorry really late on this post, but here goes.

I've watched Ishqbaaz since the beginning, and I'll be honest, out of the three brothers, its Rumya's story that interested me the most ('cos Shivika was recycled version of Arshi, and I didn't like Ishaana). Rumya's story was pretty refreshing, cute, and Soumya was a real, flesh&blood character, that urban girls can relate to. I was waiting for their story to really take off in DBO, but it didn't take off as expected.

Coming to Ruvya, there are major problems here:

1. Their love story is progressing at Mangalyaan speed, with no head or tail; a story should progress organically, it should not be forced upon the audience.

2. Bhavya is ingratiating herself everywhere. Not just with Rudy, but I fail to see her connection with anybody. I love Anika's equation with Omru, Gauri/chulbul had a funny equation with Rudy and some good emotional scenes with Shivaay. Where does Bhavya stand? Nowhere.

3. The character itself is badly written: she doesn't behave like a cop, quoting laws and 70's dialogues don't make her so, and there is no seriousness to her character.

4. Some people like her 'cos they feel that she is a strong FL. How are we defining strength? Just 'cos she kicks she's strong? Soumya shielded Rudy in that plane hijack even thought he was mean to her. Let's not even go to Anika and Gauri, everyone knows how much they've done for their ML's. Bhavya actually framed Rudy and got him into trouble.

5. Lastly, and most importantly, LeeMan just don't have the chemistry or cuteness which LeeHa do. Plus, Mansi's performance is not up to mark, she brings the performance of the rest 5 down as well.

I seriously feel that in their fetish for a svelte heroine, the PH missed an opportunity to do something out-of-the-box. (Now the only love story I care about is Rikara. Though I love Anika to distraction, can't make myself like Shivaay.)

It feels so sad to see how much hatred rumaya fans are spreading... speaking the most disgraceful language for ruvya and Mansi whose just doing her job... On the contrary ruvya fans are so graceful to rumaya.. Guys plz grow up n stop spreading this negativity in this forum n stop acting like cry babies n nagging like little ones... God plz billi block this topic for heaven's sake. 😡
