NO! She was the best part of the movie by a mile.
Salman and Kabir royally f**ked up with Tubelight. Salman's poor understanding of script, when it comes to good cinema, and Kabir's desire to milk another Bajrangi is the reason why it failed. Even if Tubelight had Sridevi in her prime, or Madhuri, or Hema Malini, Rekha, et al, it wouldn't have work. It was an awful movie.
They wasted Zhu Zhu. They wasted a great setup. They wasted a spectacular opportunity that could have documented the Indo-Sino war. You never tread into historicals, war movies, or periods and decide to present a movie as a melodrama. It only works if the starcast and scale of the movie are small. When you include Salman Khan, you have to show audiences something they've not seen before - especially in the context of war and history.

The same reviews couldn't save Jagga Jasoos . Critics hate Salman , he doesn't get good reviews even for his best movies 😆
Masand gave it 2/5. Shubra gave it 1.5. I know Shubra hates movies, but anything above 2.5 from her is considered great. I don't think Anupama Chopra reviewed JJ. The only good critic who liked the movie was Bhardwaj Rangan. Rest of the critics aren't up to the standard.
So, as such, Jagga Jasoos isn't a critically acclaimed movie. In the review monk, JJ has an aggregate rating of 5.5. That's far from critical acclaim.
I don't know where this acclaim is coming from because I can't seem to see it.
