Pop-up: Aishwarya Rai Bachchan to romance a young actor in 'Fanney Kha

Actors Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Anil
Kapoor will share screen space after a gap
of 17 years. The duo have come together
for Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra and KriArj
Entertainment's next production Fanney
Khan'. The movie is the Hindi adaptation of
the 2000 Dutch release Everybody's
Famous' directed by Dominique Deruddere.
Directed by debutant Atul Manjrekar Fanney
Khan' is based on the story of a 17-year-old
aspiring singer. Her career takes off after
her unemployed father, decides to kidnap
the top singer of the country.
Now some more news on Fanney Khan. As
per SpotboyE the diva will not be romanced
by Anil Kapoor in the movie but is likely to
be paired opposite a young actor. Rumours
abound that Rajkummar Rao or Vicky
Kaushal might get paired opposite the
actress.
The producer Prerna Arora said, "The team
starts building the set in Mumbai next
month and Anil will kick off shooting in the
first week of August. Aishwarya joins him
by the month-end and the film will wrap up
in a start-to-finish schedule by October. Ash
was blown away by her glamorous and
"highly stylised character. We took the
script to her two months ago and she
immediately gave her nod. She will play the
spunky, enchanting female protagonist.
So who will get to romance Aishwarya Rai
Bachchan? Vicky Kaushal or Rajkummar
Rao?
