Hello peeps. I might not post in this forum but i have followed this show from very beginning.
I have seen all the episodes and i am aware of the whole concept and sequnces in this show (havent followed the other show called Dil Bole Oberoi).
Jhanvi was shown as a drunkyard in the beginning for her good for nothing husband who was involved in extra marital affair. In the beginning it did make sense how she was suffering and as she had 2 grown up sons the only option she had was to live with him and she still loved him and had hope that her husband might return back.
But As think every person grows in their life Jhanvi too should have shown some growth during this series but it has not happened. Jhanvi has always been shown as an emotional fool who gets easily trapped in the lies of her GFN husband.
Why cant Jhanvi just say enough is enough, she had had enough and doesnt need a good for nothing husband. As they had also shown that Jhanvi was a career oriented woman why for heavens sake cant she get seperated from that so called husband and creates her own identity without being an Oberoi. Before becoming an Oberoi she must have been someone - Jhanvi a girl with dreams, passion etc . Why doesnt she show some dignity and self-respect and move on from this broken relationship.
As per my knowledge Tej tried to kill Jhanvi as well. How can a well-educated women still have no self-respect and keeps glueing to such husband?
Why cant cvs show for a change that a woman, no matter what age group she belongs to - can create her own identityy. Jhanvi is also beautiful and just like all the women in this world she also has desires to be loved. Why dooest she divorce her husband and move on, leads her own life and if she falls in love again why doesnt she marry someone who deserves her, who loves her and most importantly who respects her not just as a woman but as a human which clearly Tej doesnt. He doesnt have respect for Jhanvi, not even on a human Level.
And if the soceity has issues with her marrying in this age she still doesnt deserve a partner like Tej. she can live as a single mom but some dignity. I dont understand why in this current era all the TV Serials show that it doesnt matter how bad your husband is as woman it is your job to stick with him, have no dignity and keep throwing yourself on your husband.
This show has been so different from other star plus shows. In this era where all the Indian soaps are so regressive that one feels like living in a Stone Age. From their costumes( yes they r horrible but better than a bahu with ghoongat 24/) to their scenes this show is slightly progressive. I hope that the Creative Heads can show a growth and improvement in her character.
And I do hope that they DO NOT show any redemption for Tejs character and Jhanvi forgiving him eventually. It will be totally unfair and disgusting.
