she needs to gain weight... no wonder actresses do not have much of a BW shelf life as a lead actress past 30...once they are in their low to mid 30's they look like they are aging badly...its no longer the flawless healthy look of a 18 year old... they get surgeries done and natural faces are so much beautiful...an actress in mid 30's and married even she struggles to maintain a successful career unlike ones in their 20's... i can't blame actors and producers for pairing up with 18 year old's... why would they pair up with an actress in her 40... actresses beyond a certain point all start looking old...aint no one got time to look at aging faces for actresses...

That is one bad pic.😆 but otherwise i think her weight loss is the reason for DP looking like the way she does these days. N maybe work has taken a toll on her as she's been juggling btw her BW and HW career. She needs to eat and gain some weight and more importantly look healthy.

And this is not any normal aging. PC and Sonam both look just so much gorg and happy despite being older. DP is suffering from something is what my brain tells me.

She was always skinny...she's just aging and losing the collagen in her face, thus looking gaunt.

This is why people who had a slim face (and no baby fat) when they were young tend to look a little gaunt when they get older unless they can gain a little weight. But that comes with a downside, you gain weight in your torso and lower body as well. So if you can live with that, you could afford to look a little younger (facewise).

A good example is Aish, she has a matronly body but her face still looks good.
