Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif's Jagga Jasoos gets a U/A certification

Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif's much awaited film, Jagga Jasoos is gearing towards its release, as the star duo is out and about promoting their film on every possible platform.

Jagga Jasoos that has been on hold for the past 4 years finally reached the CBFC on Thursdayfor certification. While they expected a swift U certification because of emotional father-son story, the team was shocked when the film was granted a U/A certification with no cuts.

Since the decision was not something the makers of the film expected, a source close to director Anurag Basu tells, "We wonder what the censor board saw in Jagga Jasoos that made it suitable for children only accompanied by an adult.

Replying to which CBFC Chief Pahlaj Nihalani says, "Let the film release. The world will see why we think it is necessary for children to be accompanied by an adult.
