Bajirao on Growing up

It seems for the future I am prepared

Boy! Am I grateful my mom taught me not to be scared!

Now there is Kashibai - who keeps floating into my thoughts

Sometimes, I wonder what it is all about!

These feelings I feel ... they are different, they are new

being loved and adored, is this the reason my confidence grew?

I feel her love is helping me cope

With all the craziness the Mughals evoke

I think about the child I used to be

And laugh at how we fought and could never agree!

I keep taking bigger chances in battle at every step

The urge for swaraj and freedom from the Mughals' web

Is pushing me forward and making me mature in mind

Those placid days of my youth are hard to find!

If only the Baji in the show had the same feelings for Kashi 😭 he doesn't have any memories of Kashi to think of her. U would learn to love ur pet too but u feel nothing for this woman who served u with devotion. She is a void for u Baji

Thank you for appreciating the poem/s.

I have written the poem - from my perspective of the feelings that Baji has for Kashibai.

Regarding the CVs view: I am going to watch a few more episodes before coming to the conclusion that Baji has no feelings for Kashi.
