What's changed?

Why doesn't she just tell Shivaay the truth if she wants him back so badly or say she did it for some reason. Why play with him like this? When she wants she leaves, when she wants she comes back and tries to see if he loves her again. She needs to make up her mind and stick with it because this in out game isn't fair. Either stay and always stick by him and never leave him or stay away and never come back.

I wonder if she's found out something that's made her come back.

Tbh I feel sorry for Shivaay because for all his tadi, he's a big softie underneath and he stands no chance in this. His love will come out and he will melt. He's like a lamb to the slaughter. He could never stop loving her and she will get him back because he could never resist her. It's kind of cute but I'm sort of like "awww bechara, you stand no chance. See you're already melting and letting her do what she wants." Bless him, I don't know how he's lasted this long without her.
