OMG OMG OMG WHAT A BEAUTIFUL NAIRAN SCENE!!!! How long was it? 2 minutes? 3 minutes? But it had so much meaning, so much emotion and so much magic which we associate with NaiRan! Ever since I saw it in the segment, I had a hunch that it will be good but this was fantastic!❤️❤️
I'll still go in order though. So how nice was the scene between our awesome foursome! These siblings, dewar- bhabhi, jeeja- saali are love! Naina Meghna talking to Sharda, she giving them confidence was beautiful. Then Karan comes and Naina gestures him to join them. He tells Sharda he has never been happier. Meghna teases him that he has to be considering "aapki Naina jo aapke paas hai." Awww! Bhabhi teasing devar was so cute! Karan got flustered and Naina actually blushed. She did! I am not kidding.😆 Karan in turn goes and sits next to Meghna and teases her that now he is sitting with her. I love this bhabhi devar bonding!
Then Kunal comes and gives Karan the medal. Such a good scene! I loved how Kunal said that for Karan to move forward he needs to face the things that upset him and have hurt him in the past. And I love how they have now added scenes to the flashbacks that show that Kunal did notice what Karan went through. I always knew that once Kunal gets to know about the truth, he will be there for Karan and he is. Rajshri doesn't get sibling relationships wrong.
And now, THE SCENE. So NK does all the ghanti drama and Karan can't take it. He goes into his room, but can't get the sound out of his mind, reminding him of all his failures, the deadline, the fact that Naina might go away from him and he is loosing it. He is down by on the floor on his knees and is trying to drown out the sound. And then, Naina drops the medal around his neck. He looks up and then she sits down next to him and in this process he takes hold of the edge of her dupatta. Karan loves Naina's dupattas man. He leaves no opportunity to hold them. Its like he is holding on to his Naina through her dupatta.❤️ She takes her dupatta and takes his face in her hands!!! She does!!! Its these little little changes in their scenes which actually show us the change in their dynamics and their feelings towards each other. I don't think she has ever done this before. The keep looking at each other and you can see that Karan has started to calm down. It was so beautiful!! Even Naina was looking at him very intently! You just have to see. Don't know if I am describing it well.
Naina just gets Karan doesn't she? She doesn't even need to ask what has upset him. She knows. And so she tells him to forget the sound. "Bahar ki dunia mein bohot shor hota hai Karan. Aur Kabhi na kabhi, ye shor tumhare kano tak zaroor pahunchega." She then tells him that everytime this shor bothers him, he should just start talking. "Kuch bhi bolo, koi kavita, koi mantra, aisi koi bhi cheez jo tumhe himmat de."
AND THEN, Karan, without a thought, instinctively, in his next breath, says "Tumhara naam le sakta hoon?... Naina.., Naina..., NAINA.." YOU JUST HAVE TO SEE THIS! The last "Naina" was said in a softer, breathless but very very emotional tone. The way he said her name, like it was a prayer, a benediction, his salvation, his lifeline, his heart, his soul, his everything!! IT WAS AMAZING!! Like beautiful is too less a word but I don't know what else to say. So poignant and so profound! And I love one thing they do in these kind of scenes. The background music completely stopped while he said this and NaiRan looked at each other, there was complete silence so as to give these words their proper emphasis. Both of them are so lost in each other, it was so so beautiful.❤️❤️
Naina breaks the trance they are in. She gets up and starts talking about other stuff but you can see that she is flustered. This moment has affected her deeply. I am very glad. It is such things that will make her realize what she is feeling.
I really really don't think any words can do justice to today's scene. It was in a league of its own. This is our NaiRan. And this is why we love them so much. ❤️
