Well I have experience so I can say doc can make u see what ever they want besides 's sonography ko dekhkar it's hard to predict real status for non medical people

Last part of the segment where Om is holding Gauri's hand, it looks as if he is asking her to sleep on the bed. Just before that we can see Gauri on the couch. Would Omkara share the bed too is what I am waiting to see. I would love him sharing the bed with her😳

I am feeling bad for the guy. He wud take care of Gauri and finally wud be devastated to know that she is not pregnant.

It seems this fake pregnancy track is being shown to bring Om and Gauri closer. If they execute it well this could culminate into an excellent story. They can make Omkara start caring Gauri. Not love. But the initial stages of falling in love. And then Buamaa should get exposed. Omkara shattered about Buamaas truth. ( I hope that in this process he would understand that Gauri had to fake the pregnancy to save him. ) After that I want Gauri to go back to Bareilly. And then enters our Kali Thakur. Omkara gets to know that he misunderstood Gauri. By then it would be late. Gauri's life should be in danger as Kali plots revenge. And then Om comes to save her and we could see redemption too. Phir their romance. The story has loads of potential. I hope CV s would use their brain.
