Agree with TM ... only Monaya deserve to win. Monaya and team ... because they have done this as a TEAM, as Sanaya never fails to acknowledge.
Great journey, consistent growth as dancers, some - make that MANY memorable acts ... I think they have given some of the most memorable acts of this season. They have used their strengths as actors and performers to deliver on stage ... and how!!! They are not professional dancers ... none of the contestants except one are ... and they and their choreographer, have used their strengths to enhance their acts. An act on stage is as much about expressions as it is about movements and steps ... and they have delivered superbly. Special shout out to Sanaya here, her skills as an actress have been on glorious display. I still haven't got over the creepiness of the spider act.
Their growth ... Sanaya was always a graceful dancer ... I feel she has grown even more during NB8, she shouldered the responsibility of many of their acts till Mohit got up to speed. Grace, poise, tone and posture ... everything on point. I don't recall a single negative comment about her from any of the judges throughout the season.
Mohit ... wow,what growth this guy has shown ... he's shown that hard work and determination will get you everywhere. From Terence calling him a horrible dancer, which he accepted humbly and gracefully, even with a smile👏...to both Terence and Mohit Suri saying he cannot be called a non-dancer any longer ... proud moment for Mohit and Sanaya, and all their fans!
Superb choreography ...a huge shout out to Nishant for his innovative concepts and acts ... they are the only team where the lighting, the choreography, the special effects have been acknowledged as much as the dance. Also the only one, from what I have seen (I could be mistaken in that, as I haven't watched all the acts of all contestants) ... whose act was so spectacular that judges and audiences were treated to a behind the scenes run through of how they set it up - the horror act. And of course, the sheer variety of acts and dance forms, as acknowledged by Terence himself.
Their growth ... from a shaky start of 22 in first week, to consistently getting 29s and 30s towards the end. A testament to the sheer hard work, the blood, sweat and tears they have put in.
For all the sensitive souls out there ... yes, most (not all) contestants have put in hard work as well. That's why the hard work comes fourth on my list.
The lack of PR drama despite the desperate negativity campaigns from other contestants ... clearing of the phone scam drama firmly and unambiguously ... their genuine acknowledgement of their fans efforts ... this is a reality show and votes are important ... as they have acknowledged time and again.
I also love the way they have bonded with all the other contestants on the show ... as witnessed by many of the fans who went to the sets. Their bond with Bharati and Harsh is so sweet ... as is the friendship between San and Deepika.
I could go on ... and on ...😆
In short ... Sanaya and Mohit are the ones most deserving to win NB8.
