i did the mistake of watching this movie yesterday 😭
this is the worst movie of them all , nothing whatsoever

Opening was very good for both the movies. Bad movies so eventually flopped. Befikre made 60crores which BV Rangoon Raabta combined lifetime won't even touch.
Disaster has a different meaning and it is when people don't even come to the cinemas to see what is in store.

Exactly, KD and Befikre opened well than Raabta , Befikre even so with all the negative reactions to the trailer it opened round 10cr .

BV, Rangoon, Raabta are all washouts!

The film wasn't great. I did not enjoy it as a Dhoni fan, but SSR was great i thought, But the BO certainly was not coz of SSR it was coz of Dhoni promoting . That anyone can understand but her with SSR he became arrogant and was acting all different after the release.

Damn. I wanted this film to do well for Sushant but after observing how high he was flying post the Dhoni biopic, I think the failure of this film was necessary.

yeah there is a difference in the opening but look at the makers, aditya chopra movie openings vs ?dinesh vijan, vishal, anuraag kashyap, befikre is the bigger flop considering what would have been expected of aditya chopra

Aditya chopra has only done films with SRK before who is one of the biggest superstars and SRK Kajol pairing in DDLJ and new face Anushka in RNBDJ.

How can you compare the BO collections of that combo with that of Aditya Chopra and a rising star?

Also just a director wont bring in BO collections , expectations will be skyhigh but doesnt mean it would translate into collections.

SLB who gave Devdas and HDDCS to biggest hits also gave us Saawariya and Guzaarish.

Also for the other film the trailer was also appreciated here the trailer got negative response .

Rangoon had - Kangana, Shahid, Saif (shahid and VB have worked wonders at the BO before but dint with this one)

Befikre was below average according to BOI, the most consrevative boxoffice site.
