Part 12

Siddhant POV:

I went to office leaving Roli at her grand ma place...

But its a difficult task to be away from her...

Its just 2 hours being away from her and now i am already missing her a lot...

I dont know how my life went without her all these years.. But now after she entered into my life.. i know there is no life of mine without her...

I was eagerly waiting for the moment my eyes meet with her... my lips meet hers...

I remembered kissing her on her lips in the morning though its not a deep one...

My thoughts were disturbed by a phone call & i get into the work again...

After pushing hours now its time for me to return home...

NO way i am going home... instead i am going to see her...

My car went to her bungalow as if its natural thing to do and have been doing for years...

I parked the car in the parking and went inside...

I saw her grand mother sitting in the sofa and Roli was laid down on her lap...

I badly wish its me who hold her on my lap...

That thought made me to take a deep breathe...

By now i reached near them and i saw her grand mother smiled & Roli blushed seeing me...

I was offered to sit and i sat in another chair...

'Its surprising Siddhant... you visiting my house for 2nd time today...' her grand mother said...

I know as i rarely even come to see her when it requires for signature of any decision making in the company... never even meet her personally till date...

"Just thought of taking Roli for shopping...' i said making words which was failing to form the sentence on seeing Roli in front of my eyes...

'Oh.. shopping for get together...' she said...

'Yes Mrs. Divedi... hope you dont mind... ' i said...

'Of course not... So it includes dinner or shopping alone...' she enquired...

'With dinner if you are granting permission...' i said...

'Roli.. Go & get ready for shopping & dinner.. ' she said looking at Roli...

Roli got up from her lap and rushed towards her room to get ready as if she was waiting for it...

Then i was talking official matters with her for a while till Roli came down getting ready...

OMG.. this girl is driving me crazy with her beauty...

'We are making a move... ' i said to her grand mother and got up from the sofa...

I looked at Roli & signalled her to come...

We went to the car and started from home towards shopping...

I just enquired her in general about how went the day and in few minutes of driving we reached the shops...

I parked the car and we went inside...

We went inside and i took her to casual dress section...

'Is shopping not for the party as you told to grand ma...' she asked...

'We need to for party as well.. but i thought of buying casual dress too as i can see you wearing think dresses which suit for hill stations & not to this city.. so lets have some light clothes...' i suggested...

'You noticed that.. actually i was thinking same as well... but wondered whether grand ma will allow for shopping alone.. then was thinking of asking you when you come to meet... When you said about shopping i thought of asking you when we come here.. but really surprised to hear the same words from you...' she said...

'Well... Lets purchase then...' i said...

We purchased quiet some lot of casual dresses and i took her to lehenga section...

'Lehenga!!! not a party wear!!!' she asked in surprise widening her eyes...

'Yes.. not party wear as its not mere party... so select a good lehenga...' i said...

'I dont get what you mean...' she said...

'Cant we maintain the suspense till the party...' i said without telling her the details...

We selected the lehenga for her.. Beautiful maroon colour with gold work in it...

I just imagine Roli in that and the thought itself made me admire her...

I cant wait to see her in that beautiful dress...

'I wish to buy a one for me too...' i said and we went to sherwani section...

I selected a golden sherwani with maroon work in it...

I can see a suspecting look on her eyes which i ignored and covered with a smile...

We went to jewellery shop...

I purchased a diamond jewellery set for her while her eyes widened...

'Diamond jewellery set for what???' she asked...

'To wear in the get together...' i said...

'Diamond set for the get together.!!!' she asked still with same surprise...

'Wont you for me...' i asked looking into her eyes...

'Can i deny when your eyes order for it...' she said and down her eyelids...

I told to bill the set...

When billing was happening i told Roli to sit and relax and went to make the payment...

After a while.. we collected the jewels packed in a beautiful bag and started from there...

We went to a restaurant...

We sat beside each other...

I remembered our dinner together earlier which was beautiful thought it ended with a bad news...

We had dinner admiring at each other...

I feed her from my plate while she feed me from her plate...

After paying bills we started in my car...

When we were returning... before reaching her bungalow i stopped the car where no one were around...

'What happened???' she asked...

'I need to start as soon as dropping you and i think we can meet only in get together... so...' i said & looked into her eyes...

'So!!!' she said...

I turned and lean towards her...

I cup her face & looked into her eyes... then my eyes shift towards her lips...

Then my eyes again meet her eyes for a permission which was granted by her eyes...

I swiftly hold her lips with mine for a deep and passionate kiss...

It seems like to have grip she touch the lever in the side which made it pushed and her seat slide backwards... We went together with the seat and i was almost over her by now...

But we both got no idea to release that kiss which was driving crazy both of us...

I played with her hair while her fingers slide into my hair...

After long i can feel she is pushing me away and i released her lips and moved apart...

I realised she was finding difficulty to breathe and realising i was almost in the same state...

When our breathe was relaxed i looked into her eyes again...

'Sorry i was unable to breathe...thats why pushed you...' she apologised for pushing me away...

'Its ok... but need another one as compensation...' i said and hold her lips again for another kiss though didn't made her to push away instead she pulled me towards her...

Her hands clasped around my neck holding me tightly as if not ready to leave me ever...

Siddhant POV:

I cant wait for the get together...

After making all the arrangements its finally that big day...

Yes.. its big day only for myself & Roli...

Our engagement...

its all what happened when her grand mother went inside leaving Roli in the hall...

Yes i went behind her grand mother and then the discussion happened...

'Mrs. Divedi.. i think this is not fair to push the innocent girl away like this...' i said...

'Siddhant... you know how much love & affection i had on my son and he left us for her mother... when its the case of the man who i gave birth and took care for 25+ years.. what i can trust about this girl who belongs to that mother who made my son away from me...' her grand mother said...

'I believe her parents fall in love with each other & got married... But that doesn't mean this girl too do the same...' i said...

'No.. i dont have heart to face the heart break again..' she said...

'What you want to happen to accept her...' i asked...

'Nothing.. as such nothing can happen... because we cant predict whether she will fall in love and go with someone she love in future...' she said...

'What if she doesn't do that or you wont let her do that...' i said...

'How come we can restrict... she will be going to college and she is very well going to get chances for doing that...' she said...

'What if i suggest something which can do that work...' i said...

'What you mean.. tell me what can be done...' she asked...

'If she is already engaged.. its possible...' i said...

'Engaged.. to whom???' she asked...

'To me..' i said while she looked at me surprised...

'Yes Mrs. Divedi.. i wish to confess i fall for her and wish to marry her... but not like running away from family or without all your consent.. of course i might have done it already if i wanted to as you were not even knowing about her till now.. but i bring her here so that she get her family not to run with her... but will be glad if i can hold her hand into marriage...' i said...

She was silent for a while...

'Are you serious Siddhant... as you know i always admire you in all aspect in the way you handle our biz.. your sincerity... your discipline.. i am only glad if you become her life partner...' she said...

'I am glad you feel so good about me... so are you ok with that...' i asked...

'Yes i am.. Lets have a get together and make her engagement with you.. then i will accept her as grand daughter with confident...' she said...

'Pleasure is all mine... We can do that...' i said...

'Does she agreed to you...' she asked...

' I didn't talk to her about this yet.. as i meet her and her grand mother died and i bring her here.. she is all in tension of your acceptance & how can i even ask her wish for a marriage in these situations...' i said...

'No problem... let it be... i will make the announcement on get to gether and let her know at that time... i will make it like i wish for this marriage and let it be in that way...' she said...

I agreed..

What bothers whether its like she is arranging our marriage or i am doing it...

We are going to get engaged is what i want...

Moreover i got a fear what if Roli denies as i am much older than her in age...

If its like her grand mother is announcing then she will be accepting for sure...

I returned from the thoughts when my door was knocked...

I opened the door and found my mother in the door steps...

"Welcome mom...' i said...

'So are you ready to go for the get together & engagement...' she asked with a smile...

'Yes mom.. i am ready...' i said with a smile...

'Lets go...' she said...

I remembered the rings and went to take it from the wardrobe...

Yes.. Platinum ring with diamonds in it...

I purchased during our shopping unknown to her when she was waiting after purchase of diamond set...

I gave the ring to my mother and we started from our home...

We drive towards Divedi house...

The house was beautifully decorated ...

I parked the car and went inside with my parents...

I can find our friends & relatives were already gathered in the house...

Roli's grand mother gave warm welcome to us...

When i entered into the house.. my eyes were looking around for Roli...

Where is my beauty quees???

'She is in her room getting ready...' Roli's grand mother said...

I blushed that i got caught red handed...

'Go... bring your bride down for the engagement...i wish to see my daughter in law who stole my son heart...' my mother said...

I looked at Roli grand mother while she expressed acceptance with her expression...

I rushed towards Roli room...

Part 14

Siddhant POV:

I reached her room and knock the door...

Some girl opened the door who was helping Roli to get ready it seems...

I entered into the room and looked at Roli...

OMG... She is just human or some angel who came from sky...

She was looking gorgeous.. heavenly...

Seeing me.. others in the room went out closing the door leaving myself & Roli alone...

I went near Roli & kissed her cheeks...

'Are you ready???' i asked...

'Yes i am.. but you know i am tensed...' she said...

"Tensed!!! for what???' i asked...

'About the suspense you & grand mother are keeping with me about this get together.. what it is???' she asked with puzzled face...

'Only some more time to know about it darling..;' i said pulling her towards me wrapping my hands around her...

'Darling!!!' she wondered hearing me calling like that with surprise...

'Are you not???' i said pecking her lips...

She looked at my face & laughed...

I raised my eyebrows like 'what'...

She took the tissue from the dressing table and gave me...

'For what???' i asked...

'Lipstick...' she said with a blush...

Now i realised the meaning of the laugh...

I can see faded lipstick on her lips...

'You know i cant see my own lips to wipe it...' i said looking into her eyes...

'More over... its your responsibility as i got it because of you...' i said...

She slowly forward her hand with the tissue to wipe the lipstick from my lips...

I hold her hand... while she looked at me puzzled why i am holding hand from doing that...

'I think we can clean it after completing the one...' i said...

'Completing what???' she asked...

I cup her face & moved towards her lips...

OMG.. she is a drug of my life and i am really addicted to it...

We were into the kiss for long when we were disturbed by knock in the door...

We swiftly moved our lips apart...

'Who is this...' i gave voice...

'Siddhant.. we are getting late...' my mother was only alerting us...

'Coming mom...' i said...

I can hear the footsteps moving away...

'We need to go down Roli...' i said...

She swiftly wipe the lipstick from my lips...

'Put lipstick on your lips darling...' i said while she went to dressing table to touch up her make up...

I was just gazing at her...

'Darling.. Will be waiting to wipe it again...' i said with a wink while she blushed...

She got ready...

I hold her hand and we went down holding hands together...

As soon as seeing us together.. talks started between guests about Roli.. about us...

Roli was afraid which i can sense on her sudden tight hold in my hand...

'Relax Roli.. nothing to fear...' i said to her in low voice moving towards her...

We reached downstairs and went near her grand mother...

Roli's grand mother kissed Roli's forehead and gave a hug...

My parents came near us...

'Wont you introduce us Siddhant...' they asked...

'Roli.. this is my parents.. Rajender & Sujatha Bharatwaj...' i said...

Roli took blessings of my parents while i joined her leaving Roli surprised...

We stood between my parents & Roli's grand mother...

'Now let me make the announcement for which we all gathered here...' Roli's grand mother started...

All were looking at us with eagerness...

'First of all i am glad to introduce my grand daughter Roli Jamanlal Divedi to you all...' she introduced Roli to everyone...

'Added to that happiness.. its engagement of our grand daughter Roli with Siddhant Rajender Bharatwaj...' She concluded...

I smiled and looked at Roli while i can see her eyes widened in surprise...

All started clapping their hands...

'Its our engagement... you didn't even tell me...' Roli said...

'Your grand ma wanted to get it announced by herself Roli..' i said & managed...

We were unable to discuss much as my mother already forward the rings to us...

Roli slide the ring on my finger while i slide the ring on her finger going to my knees...

Then i kissed on her knuckle...

Roli blushed while i smiled...
