Hello friends ,back with new update .Part 3
Ishra settled on their places and the meeting started ,Raman opened his project files and started describing its content while Ishita was listening to him very keenly when her phone buzzed ,she saw the caller and made her phone silence ,it ranged and then ended .After sometimes the phone rang again ,ishita was about to make it silent again when raman spoke " may be some important call ,pick it ".
Ishita nodded and picked it ,she listened to the caller and then answer
" amma right now I m in a meeting will come as soon as I got free "saying to she hung the call.Raman resumed his presentation, he gave the presentation for about half an hour and she was too lost in Listening it ,after giving the presentation, Raman felt proud of himself that he has given a very nice presentation but soon he completed , ishita started explaining the loop holes of the presentation. Though she was pointing out his mistakes but Raman was liking it , as he is witnessing a different confident ishita .After she was done ,she looked at him and asked " so Mr Bhalla what you have to say about these loopholes ."
Raman saw her and spoke " these are minor loopholes miss iyer ,though it can lead to major loss but you don't worry ,till tomorrow I will present a new presentation with all the rectifications. hope I can get that much time ".
Ishita nodded and spoke " OK Mr Bhalla , so we will be meeting tomorrow again with almost a new presentation ,then we can sign the contract ."
R- that will be fine .
There are some rare cases when Raman give presentation and cannot crack the deal and this was the one ,but don't know why ,he was not depressed today rather he was happy from inside that he can meet her tomorrow again . They discussed some more points and then ishita left with her PA .After she left, Raman again made the presentation with all the rectifications and crosschecked it ,after getting sure that's its perfect he closed the file .He was geathering his things to go back to house when he received shaguns call ,he picked the call ,she didn't asked him when he is coming and all but had called to inform that she will not come house in night as she is going in her friend's hen party .Raman listened her and then hung the call.He neighter greed nor denied as he knows ,his agreement is never necessary for her . Raman then picked his stuff and moved towards his house .
Soon he reached their society ,he parked his car and was going to his apartment when his eyes fell on ishita who was standing in a corner with the same man, whom he has seen in community hall the other day.raman remembered how her face fell seeing him.
Raman looked thourougly and find the person is scolding ishita for something. He couldn't stop himself from going to them to know what's the matter.
Subbu-how many times I told u not to answer back my amma, still u always do this. She is my amma, how dare u answer back her, u know how hurt she was, she was crying.
Ishita-i didn't answered back her, I just told her that I am in a meeting and will come as it ends.
She spoke looking down like she is a culprit.
Subbu-wow ishita, even after knowing ur disability my amma made me ready to marry u and u r disrespecting her like this, is ur meeting was more important then my amma. I will not tolerate these kinds of crap. I am telling u for the last time, sudhar jao or else I know ways to tackle girls like u.
Saying so he went leaving a teary ishita while Raman felt bad seeing the much confident girl he met in the meeting like this.He so wanted to go to her and console but stopped himself thinking that they are too strangers to peep in each others personal life . Thinking so he left the place with heavy steps leaving a crying ishita behind . The moment he entered his house he saw his mother sitting in hall ,holding her head ,he walked to her and asked settling beside toshiji " ma kya hua ".
T- Raman why don't you stop shagun .
R- now what happened .
T- make her understand that we live in a society ,we have good name over here but this woman is ruining everything .
R- will you tell me what happened or else just will go on saying anything .
T- she was going somewhere and the dress she wore ,it was just too disgusting ,koi bhi achche ghar ki beti ,bahuye aise kapde nahi pahanti .
R- ma I m not going to say anything to her ,let her be like this only ,kuch din mein khud hi samajh jaayegi .
T- you are her husband ,if you will not stop her ,then how she will understand.
R- ma I have just cane from office ,don't you think that I would be tired ,need some water or tea .aate hi shuru ho gaye .
T- ye to teri biwi ko sochna chahiye na .
R(angrily )- haan to mat socho ,I don't need anyone ,you were the one who wanted me to marry her ,now why are you complaining .
Saying so he went his room angrily when toshiji realised that she went over board .On the other hand Ishita reached her house sadly ,she was going to her room when she heard her mother talking about shagun .Ishita was least interested to listen about anything but she stopped when she listened Raman's name .
M- vishwa when we were talking about that woman ,Mrs Bhalla was silent, later she told me that she is her DIL ,her son Raman's wife .
Ishita stopped and listened ,amma continued " Mrs bhalla was so sad ,she was crying and saying that she has ruined her sons life ".
Mr iyer - leave madhu ,that's there personal life ,we should not interfere in it more over we can't help them in this then why should we discuss about it .
M- I was just telling that no one is happy in this world ,everybody has their own problem ,we are sad that our daughter has disability think about santoshi ,her son is so good looking and doing a nice job then also he is suffering .
Mr iyer - you are right madhu everybody has their own problem .
Ishita felt bad Listening about Raman , she went to her room and closed it . Ishita freshened up, changed and tried to engross herself in some work but her mind was on Raman ,at first it was a shock for her that he is married then she came to know that he is not happy in his life .She so wanted to know more about him but stopped herself as she is already committed to subbu and thinking about someone else is not right according to her .
On the other hand Raman being upset with his mother locked himself in his room and cried on his helplessness alone ,later he freshened up and tried to engross himself in his work but cannot ,at last he closed his files ,took his drink and went to the balcony ,he was cursing his fate when his eyes went to the pillar behind which ishita and subbu were talking ,now Raman's thought shifted from his life to ishita .
Next day ishra met again in the meeting ,Raman gave the presentation and at last ishra signed the contract , both were looking to each other and were thinking that the how they are masking their face with fake smile and trying to be careless when they are actually living a horrible life .
Few days passed ,ishra were doing the project together ,they talk hours about the project and work but never talked a wird about each others life,though in these days they had learned everything about others life .The more they came to know about each others pain the more they feel sympathetic towards the other and wanted to share his/her pain but every time they suppressed their feeling thinking about their values and society .
Slowly the time flew and ishra opened up a bit to each other ,now they talk a bit to each other else than work ,one day ishra were in a lunch meeting in a restaurant.They were busy in their work when ,ishita saw shagun with some other man ,she was laughing and clinging on him .Ishita made a disgusting face looking to them ,Raman too turned to the direction but that time shagun turned to other side and he couldn't see her face .Ishita thought that Raman will feel embrassed he will see his wife with someone else , thinking so she immediately got up and spoke " Mr bhalla ,I m not feeling nice here we can conduct this meeting afterwards ".
Raman didn't understand why she suddenly started behavior weirdly ,he asked her " what happened ishita suddenly ".
I- nothing I just want to go from here .
Saying so she took her belongings and turned to go when ,they heard shagun . Listening to her voice Raman turned and saw she was sitting in a table with the man and was shouting on a waiter for something . Raman saw this and didn't reacted rather he too gathered his things and went out from there, followed by Ishita ,she turned to confirm that she is actually shagun as she was surprised that raman didn't reacted ,even after seeing his wife with some else .
Both settled in the car and Raman drove towards his office ,both were silent throughout the way ,soon they reached the office ,he come out from the car and went inside without caring for ishita ,she came out from the car and followed him only to found that he was scolding someone ,then he went inside his cabin ,she too went behind him as the meeting was not over ,she entered the cabin and found ,everything was shattered and his hand was bleeding ,she went to him and asked holding his hand " why are you hurting yourself ".
R- because I m too helpless ,she is not even leaving me alone .
Till now ishita has stopped herself but at this point of time she wanted to support him ,she hugged him tight and he broke down, feeling peace in her arms .
