She opened her eyes and looked up. Her eyes were gleaming as she stared back at him, and a faint smile curved on her lips

Sidharth smiled back at her, and tugged her nose lovingly
"No Baby, it's not morning. ..its 7pm in the evening"
"Huh..." her mind was still a little foggy from her sleep
"Masquerade Party remember..."
Suddenly her eyes popped open, as she sat up from the bed
"Oh no. ...and I'm still not ready..." she panicked
She stopped and stared at Sidharth who was dressed in a Designer Black suit, with a crisp white shirt and a red tie...she couldn't help but think he looked like 007 James Bond...
"Wow...You're looking very handsome tonight"
"And you my love, look more beautiful, every time I lay my eyes on you"
"Jhoote" she said with a pout
"I've just got up from sleeping. My hair's a mess and my makeup has probably smudged by now. I must look awful"
"Not from where I'm sitting..." he rubbed his nose against hers and smiled
He leaned in nuzzling her neck, with tiny kisses
"Sidharth. ..stop it, I need to get ready"
"Hmmm" he mumbled as he continued to kiss her

Sidharth backed away reluctantly, with a puppy expression lingering on his face
"Fine. But I have one thing for you before I leave"
"What Sidharth" asked Roshni as she gazed into his eyes

Sidharth got up from the bed

Roshni lay in bed for a couple of minutes, thinking back to the unknown number.

She closed her eyes, and pushed away the whisper of doubt, and focused on finding something to wear.
She hadn't given any thought to it before
Roshni got up from from the bed, and opened her cupboard.

She stood scratching her head as she looked around the room.
Her eyes fell on a big box...

She walked across the room...and picked up the box.
There was a note

A smile appeared instantly, lighting up the whole of her face
She breathed deeply, with excitement as she opened the letter. ...

An Evening Dress lay folded beautifully inside the box
It was a stunning White Gown. .., with delicate silver sequins all over. Her mouth fell open.

A little while later...
Roshni stood in front of the mirror, looking at herself from head to toe...
The gown showed enough skin, as it sat off her shoulders, and clung to her body, showing off her beautiful curves...while her shimmering white and silver mask covered the top half of her face perfectly.
"Wow...My Sister is looking very beautiful" said Soniya as she walked into the room
Roshni turned and looked at Soniya who was dressed in a baby Pink Gown...With small white pearls...enhancing it's beauty.
"Looks who's talking. You look Gorgeous Sonu...I'm sure my brother will have a hard time taking his eyes of you"
Soniya giggled
"Hmmm woh toh hai...and I'm sure JeejuSa will have a hard time keeping his hands off you..."
Both looked at each other and burst out laughing. ..
Soniya made her way to the mirror and stood besides Roshni, touching up on her makeup

Roshni and Soniya stood at the top of the stairs, gazing down at huge Khurana hall
Guests had arrived. The women adorned Beautiful Clourful Gowns, and the men looked dashing in their suits. All were masked and it was difficult to see who was who
Roshni was in a daze. Everything looked so magical. So elegant. The White Gown was the most exquisite garment that ever to touch her body. She felt like a Princess
Sidharth looked up, as his moth drew open. He stood mesmerised looking up at his wife.
As she descended the stairs, all eyes turned to Roshni. All stood in awe of her Beauty...
But one heart, amongst the crowd, raced a thousand miles an hour
"My God Roshni. ...you look so. ..so. ..Beautiful" gasped Sidharth under his breath.
Rahul too could not take his eyes of his wife either.
"What have we done Bro. ..to deserve such beautiful Brides..." Rahul beamed
Sidharth did not answer. His mind, his heart, his soul were all captivated by the beauty in front of him

He couldn't take his eyes of her. Roshni could feel his gaze on her, and tried to steal a look at him every now and then, feeling guilty of her actions
Everytime Sidharth tried to come close, Soniya would pull her away...
"This girl will drive me crazy...kab se Jellybean se baat karne ki khoshish kara hoon. But she's ignoring me .." Rahul said in dismay
"I know, same here.. and I know for a fact, that this silly little game is all your Jellybeans idea"
Rahul opened his mouth offended
"Are you blaming my Jellybean for this"
"Yes I am" moaned Sidharth
Rahul looked at Soniya across the room
"I know. ..your right...its her idea 100%"
Sidharth turned to Rahul
"Yaar can't you keep your wife under control. .Tumhari biwi ke wajah se meri biwi mujse dur hain"
"Control Jellybean. ...was that a joke...Don ko pakar nah aason hogan. ..but Soniya ko tame karna na munkin. Nobody can tame her my friend. Nobody. But that's what I love about her...my wild wifey" he grinned
"Yeah well, I love my wife and I want her here, by my side, and in my arms" Sidharth sulked.
Roshni stood quietly by the side of a pillar, watching Soniya chat with a few acquaintances...she felt sad. She hadn't talked to Sidharth since the party started
"What makes you think Roshni, ke tum mujse Bach sakti Ho. ..." he whispered into Roshni ear from behind the pillar
Sidharth arm slowly slid around her waist, whilst the other rested on her shoulder, pulling her against his body. Her back was against him...His lips touched the base of her neck, and kissed it gently
"What did you think, that you can stay away from me, and I will let you" he said kissing along her bare shoulders
"Sidharth..." she could barely say his name
"Ufff. ..your looking so damn hot Roshni...but behaving so damn cold...don't you have pity on my poor heart..taras nahin aata mujh pe"
"Sidharth woh. ..woh. .." she breathed heavily
His hand tightened around her waste as the other, rubbed the bare skin of her arms
"You are mine Roshni, and you can't run from me. ."
"Roshni" yelled Soniya as she pulled her away. ..
Sidharth rolled his eyes and shook his head
"If you were not my SaaliSahiba, I would have murdered you by now" fumed Sidharth...
"You'll be in my arms Roshni...before this party ends my love. I'll make sure of that..."
"If you can play games, then so can I" he smiled mischievously
Sidharth fixed his tie..."be ready my Love...be ready"..
Sidharth whispered into Rahul ears, and Rahul

"Hmmm not a bad idea Bro. ..let the game begin"
Soniya eyed them from a distance
"Ab...In dona ke beech mein kya kussar

Roshni watched Sidharth, as he began to
walk with Rahul towards them. This time Soniya did not
move.
"I wonder what these too are up too Roshni. .." Soniya said squinting her eyes.
"Soniya...I think this ignoring game
has gone too far...I'm. ...I'm going to Sidharth"
As she was about to take a step towards Sidharth he started smiling. But the smile was not for Roshni, which caused Roshni to stop in her track.
"Hello Ladies. ...Why are two such beautiful girls like you, standing here all alone" asked Sidharth seductively as he took hold of one the girls hand and kissed it.
Roshni eyes narrowed, whilst Soniya
face when red with fury watching Rahul do the same
"Dekhaaa!!! Roshni...MEN. ...ufff. Humein thoda sa kya ignore kiya, toh kahin aur chal parre. ..
Biwi nahin toh aur sahi. typical..." Soniya fumed as she
clenched her wrist.
Both stood silently as they watched their respective husbands flirt openly. ..
"You know Sweetheart" said Sid, whilst keeping an eye on Roshni from the corner of his eye
"This party was so boring until now..." he said as his finger stroked her arm gently
"But now. ..I don't want it too end..."
Roshni face began to heat up...and it
wasn't because of the weather...she was mad. Very mad
Sidharth could sense the colour change in her complexion even though she was wearing a mask
Rahul too was not far behind
"Yeah my Bro is right. It was damn boring before, but now, not only has the party livened up, but it's got hotter too"
Soniya wanted to walk over to him, and punch him there and there
"I kill him...I swear Roshni.. I'll kill him!!!"
"So what's your name Babe" asked Sidharth
"It's Kelly. .." replied the girl, whose hand Sidharth was still holding
"Really Kelly. ..I thought your name
would be Summer, because your so damn hot"
The girl giggled "Why thank you Mr. Khurana. .."
"Amazing, you know my name. .." asked Sidharth surprised
"Which girl in this room doesn't know the great Sidharth Khurana,...And may I add Mr.Khurana, you sure know how to throw a good Party"
Sidharth smiled mischievously, his eyes, turning slightly towards Roshni
"That's not all I'm Good at Baby. ...If
you know what I mean" chuckled Sidharth
Roshni huffed. ..."He called her Baby...He called her Baby. He used to call me that..." she whined
Soniya had had enough. She marched upto Rahul and grabbed his ear
"Ooch. ..Jellybeans...kya kari Ho. Log dekhre hai" squeaked Rahul
"Dekhre hai toh dekne doh... Ab chalo mere saath, mein tumhe ache se dikka thi hoon ...By the way.. do you want to know how Hot I am right now, and I'm not referring to my sex appeal" she snapped as she pulled him away
Sidharth smiled as he watched Rahul leave. Then he turned to look at Roshni
"Come on Baby...now its your turn. Come to me Baby. Come and get me" he thought
Kelly put her arms around him, startling Sidharth,
and he tried to back away
"Mr Khurana would you like to dance with me" Kelly asked whilst tightening her hand around his waist
Sidharth gulped hard, looking back at
Roshni, who was now close to loosing it.
"Aaah d. .d...dance. ...I...I..."
But before he could finish his sentence, Kelly pulled him to the dance floor.
Sidharth looked back at Roshni, who stood watching, with her hands folded
"How mean... I was just ignoring
him...but yeh. ..Yeh toh full on Romance kar raha hai.
Woh bhi kisi aur ke saath. .." sulked an angry Roshni
Sidharth began to sweat under the mask.
He knew that his plan was back firing
"Yeh Roshni, mujhe baacha kyon nahin
rahi" he thought looking back at Roshni.
Roshni did not move...She stood still, glaring at him, and muttered a few abusive words at him in her head.
"Fine two can play this game. .." cursed Roshni
Roshni looked around the room, and saw a gentleman, standing alone with a glass of Champaign in his
hand
"Abhi baata ti hoon. ..."
Roshni looked at Sidharth, who was now
almost pleading with his eyes, for Roshni to rescue him, but she walked away.
"Excuse me Sir, would you like to dance with me. .."
The mans jaw almost hit the ground. He couldn't believe his luck...
"The pleasure will be all mine..." he stammered, as he put his glass down.
He took her hand and led her to the dance floor
Sidharth narrowed his eyes
"Arre iski himmat kaise huwi, ke woh meri Roshni ka haath pakre." fumed Sidharth
As Roshni reached the dance floor, the man placed his hand on her waist, and pulled her in closer.
That was it...Sidharth excused himself from Kelly and marched towards Roshni
"Excuse me, but that's my wife your touching...so if you know what's good for you. ..take your hands off her waist right now, and step back"
The man looked at Roshni confused...releasing his grip around her waist.
"Sidharth...behave" scolded Roshni, but Sidharth ignored her words.
"I said step away. .."
"But..." the gentleman looked back at Roshni
"And stop looking at her..." Sidharth tone had become sterner.
The man could sense the anger rise in Sidharth eyes, and nervously stepped away, excusing himself.
Sidharth turned back to look at Roshni
"What the hell were you doing..." questioned Sidharth
"What was I doing...what were you doing. .." she replied angrily
Sidharth shrugged his shoulders...and pulled her to a corner, pinning her to a pillar
"Tumne uus ko chuune kaise diya. Tum Sirf Meri ho Roshni. ...only I have a right to touch you...tumhe chuune ka haq Sirf meri hai" his breath was warm against her skin as he spoke. His tone full of obsession.
Roshni furrowed her eyebrows...listening to his words.
"Really... but you can flirt with other girls. Touch them...Kiss them...right"
"Oh come on Baby, you started this..."
"Baby. ...Baby. ...really. I thought you had found a new Baby..." she huffed
"Huh..."
"You kissed her hand...how could you. .." she said pushing him away
Sidharth held her hand and took her to a quite corner
"Baby, I didn't kiss her hand. If you looked properly, I kissed my own thumb. ..."
"Acha jee. ..." she said lifting her mask over her head
"Yes Baby" said Sidharth, also removing his mask
"Hmmm...but you thought she was very Hot. ..party was so boring but now...its so hot" she tried to mimic him

"Arre Baba. ..you were ignoring me...so I just wanted you to come to me...even if it meant making you jealous"
"Jhalle meri jhooti. ..." she folded her arms, and then continued
"By the way...Woh itni chipku thi...the way she was clinging to you...and you...you were enjoying so much nah"
Sidharth began to smile, watching her complain
"Then you started dancing with her...how could you..."
Sidharth continued staring at her...
"I tolerated all this now. ..but next time. .
"Next time what Baby..." asked Sidharth coming closer
"Woh. ...next time..."
"Hmmm. ..I'm listening" he said huskily as he inched himself closer. ...
"If you ever look at any other girl, or flirt with them...then...then" she pointed her finger at him
"Then what Baby. ..."
"Then..." she gulped as Sidharth was standing very close
To her surprise, Sidharth crossed his finger with the finger she was pointing, and smiled crookedly
"I love this possessive side of you Roshni. ..you look so hot,...".
He continued staring into her eyes
"I should annoy you more regularly" he said kissing the finger he was holding.
Roshni pulled her finger back and turned her back to him, but Sidharth turned her back around
"Trust me Roshni. ...I have eyes only for you Baby. ." he said as he held her chin, and made her look into his eyes.
Slowly Roshni expressions softened, seeing the love and sincerity in his eyes.
"And as for this party, there's no fun without my darling wife by my side. .."
He smiled that enduring smile of his, and Roshni couldn't help but smile back.
"Aur woh ladhki. .."
"Like I said Baby, I just wanted you to come to me"
After their little argument came to a halt, Roshni realised how close they were to each other.
Their bodies were literally brushing against each other.
Neither of them moved. Both stood lost in each others eyes
Sidharth leaned in trying to kiss her, but Roshni put her finger on his lip
"Sidharth, kiss karne se phelhe dekhliya karo, that we are not in our bedroom"
"I don't care Roshni. ... "
"But Sidharth, we are not alone...guests remember"
"Guests ki bari fiqr hai Tum her. ..mera kya.. What about me. Don't you care about me at all. ...don't you care that I haven't had a proper kiss from you in a while"
He pulled her in further, as their bodies rubbed against each other

Roshni breathing increased "Of course I care...I was..."
Sidharth raised one eyebrow, waiting for her reply. .

He pulled Roshni even closer, if that was even possible.
Sidharth gazed into her eyes, as his fingers traced her back down to her waist.
"I'm falling deeper and deeper in love with you Roshni every minute of every day"
Roshni began to loose herself in his words
They both became oblivious to the world around them. The guests didn't seem to matter anymore. ..
Suddenly Roshni phone began to ring, and Roshni trance was broken as she turned to look at her phone.
"Sidharth chodo. ...I need to pick up my phone. .. "
Instead Sidharth tightened his grip around her, holding her in place.
"Ignore it..."
He smirked as Roshni struggled to get loose.
Roshni widened her eyes and glared at him, for not behaving.
"Sidharth behave. ..." she pressed her hands against his chest trying to push him away..
The phone stopped buzzing and Roshni sighed
"Sidharth. .stop it. Leave me and go and attend to your guests.."
Sidharth just flashed his killer smile and said
"Okay. I will. But first mujhe kuch chaiye"
"Kya chaiye Sidharth. .." Roshni asked looking around, to see if anyone was watching them.
Much to her relief. ..no one was...
"Okay. ..kya chaiye. .." she asked again
"It's not that difficult. ..I want three kisses right now, anywhere on my face. ... " his voice was full on seductive
"And haan you can't kiss me in one place, more than once..."
Roshni stood speechless
"Pagal ho kya. ...We are standing in public, and you are asking me to kiss you. .."
"If you want me to go and attend to the guests then you will have to kiss me three times. .."
"Sidharth. ...yeh kaisee shart hai. ...I'll kiss you five times, lekin after the party, and in our bedroom"
"Hmmm five kisses...Make it six and I'll let you go...deal"
Roshni rolled her eyes..."Always the business man...
"Okay Baba six. ...happy. Now go...and attend to the Chinese. ..remember them. "
Sidharth was about to leave when he turned back
"Can I get one of those six kisses now. ..you know advance mein"

"Just one.." he made a puppy face and Roshni nodded

Sidharth pulled her behind a pillar, holding her by her waist.
Roshni pecked his lips quickly and was about to turn when
"Arre, yeh kya tah...Tum is se kiss kehti ho?...that wasn't even close to being called a kiss. .. .."
"Sidharth, thats the best I can do for now...We are in public remember. Is se mein guzaara karo "
"Sidharth Khurana kiss ke mamle mein guzaara nahin karta. Looks like I'll have to show you the best I can do"
His grip on Roshni tightened, as his hand slipped around her waist. He smiled wickedly as he stared into Roshni eyes
Within seconds his lips were against hers, kissing her slowly, yet softly.
He deepened the kiss by tilting his head a little, his left hand going behind her head getting lost in her hair.
The other hand went to her waist, squeezing it a little, and pulling her firmly towards him.
Roshni broke the kiss grasping for air, and Sidharth rested his forehead against hers. Both of them breathing heavily. ...
"Roshni ab tumse duur nahin raha jaata. ..I want you Roshni. ..I want you...so much"
He kissed her on her forehead, and then her cheek
"I want you so bad Baby. ..."

Roshni heard a cough behind them and she turned to look...
It was Rahul and Soniya.
Roshni struggled to create a distance between herself and Sidharth, but he shamelessly held on to her waist.. .

"Waise Sidharth, I think you've forgotten that your the host to this Party. ...Thodi der wait nahin kar sakte tum dono. .you have all night to kiss and make out" teased Soniya
Roshni began to blush and quickly pulled down her mask
"Aaah excuse me" she said, and left embarrassed

"Kya karen SaaliSahiba. Because of your silly game, we had a little argument. ..and we were just making up..."
"Oh I see" chuckled Soniya
"Pata nahin is family ke logon ko kya problem hai..

Rahul just laughed at his statement "Awww poor you"

In a far corner a shadow lingered watching
