So the newly weds are talking and they say they trust each other...and adi requests aaliya not to leave her ..just like raman...and aaliya..i trust you ..just like ishita..So they feed each other..and ae dil hai mushkil plays...So its time for adi to leave..and these 2 are heartbroken that their moment was cut short so their next meeting in court.
It's morning..raman wakes up and sees her laptop, files and note pad ...and concludes that ishu didn't sleep the whole night. Just then ishu enters with his tea.. informs him that she's leaving as she has some important work to do...and will meet him at the court and leaves. Raman wonders what's going on in her mind
So ishu meets adi..and he's lost his hope as ishu couldn't find that guy. ishu says its just begun and we will do something..but adi is mad that none is willin willing to take the case..and how is it even possible.
I...yes true none is ready to represent us..but there is a way..and she says something...and adi starts thinking..and asks if he's with her?..so adi is representing himself..
So its time for the arguments..and raman mutters why the court date is today of all days as they don't have a lawyer. Ishu assures things will work out
He is still mad at her and asks what she's up to now..he has no trust in her at all...Ishu asks him to wait and watch
So the new judge has arrived ...aaliya, mani, pati,appa,amma, are present.
So adi is brought in and he's in the witness stand.
As There's no defense lawyer..adi says he will fight his case all are shocked.
So ishu gives the papers...she states that as none of the lawyers are willing to represent them..there is a rule in the Indian constitution that the accused can defend himself...so adi has no option but to fight the case...court is adjourned fir a few minutes
Mani comes there ...what's wrong with you ishu, adi has no legal background..you need to stay put you left your daughter yesterday..
ishu ...there is no other option, and if we had to wait, we don't know how long it might take to get the next court date..and till then adi will be in prison..so its a legal option and can fight his own case and she too will help him.
raman ...mihkas friend is yet to come so until then he cannot let adi rot in prison..mani is unsure...what if something goes wrong..
Just then that guy ..whom adi helped enters...and says he is ready to be A witness...
So ishu leaves to inform adi ..
Ashok comes to know that adi is fighting his case and bhaweja too agrees..and says its not a joke..
Ashok...you have no idea whom you're dealing with, its ishita and she's not someone to be taken lightly..she will do anything for her son...and it's not adi who's fighting..its ishita..and never underestimate her..ashok knows ishita Way too well...he knows ishitas capability..ashok in a way is scared of ishita.
So ishra at the police station to meet adi and let him know about the witness..ishu has cold feet..raman assures her that he's his son and will do great..he was a bit distant..but till now hasn't gone against her. Just then romi enters...and the lawyer from chennai has come..Mr. SRinivasan...
So the hearing resumes
So the judge gives the permission for Srinivasan to represent adi..
And he presents his case..and wants to bring in a witness..its suresh, the guy whom adi helped..
And gives his side of the story..and the prosecution judge asks For a proof..which he gives..a visitor card..that he was indeed there at the place..and the prosecution asks the same from adi..and adi doesn't have it coz he was so tensed that day...so the lawyer says..there should be an entry in the record book at the lawyers office...as its normally 2 entries are made..1 given to the visitor and 1 stays in the record book..so the lawyer says that the office has to be checked,..and further says there are so many missing links in this case and since his client has not received the fair treatment..requests to grant bail..and its granted...so judge asks to bring roshni to the next hearing..
So finally the couples meet...ashok is furious..that he's released..so he informs gagan the same..and asks him not to let roshni meet any bhallas as it is his responsibility...
At the bhallas
Pooja underway..and ruhi ties a sacred thread and adi apologizes to paati that due to him mani uncle, mom, she were worried and tensed..and apologizes to them. Which is good..wish he did the same to ishu for going off on her..anyways..its better not to expect that...and paati advices them to fight together in future ...And be supportive to one another. So aaliya is busy giving his clothes..and aaliya says he must not have been sleeping well and adi feels guilty that people go on honeymoon after the wedding but she ended up in jail and court and apologizes t her..Aaliya asks him not to apologize..and blah blah, I just couldn't wait for the scene to be over..
Raman thanks miku..for her help..and is mad that he couldn't recognize what sort of a person roshni is..he miscalculated her..really?..don't let me started now...anyways..romi joins the bandwagon and that she's a fraud..ishu says...if she doesn't want to annul the marriage why did she even go with adi in the first place?..Raman gets irritated and asks if she really need more proof after all this?..she says she was very happy here ..why will she even want to go to khandpur back?
Raman ...agree that you failed to recognize her...after what she did with adi, aaliya..you're still thinking of her..are you out of her mind?..why is he biting her head off all the time...ishu was very quiet..just listening to everything..
And bhallaji intervenes and asks them remain calm and not to fight...bhallaji says whatever it maybe she did betray us..why and what? is not our concern..just pray that she speaks the truth in court..
Raman..after this i hope you don't help abandoned women..and doesn't want to hear her name anymore..and tries to leave only to be stopped by bhallaji who asks him to have food
So ishu is busy in the kitchen and gives instructions to neelu...but neelu is preoccupied and ishu asks her what it is..so neelu says its about roshni...she's in some trouble..everybody is angry at her..only you can understand this..
It seems..roshnis mom said something in roshnis ear..prajot..so it's her sister in trouble..

Ishu shares this with raman...has no idea who Prajot is..it's something related to her...as she turned 360..but raman is not interested..and hates her name..and after all you did for her..she sent adi to prison..ishu says what if shes in danger herself?..raman says he doesn't care..
Liked the lawyer..he fit the role perfectly...loved the arguments..very systematic and realistic approach.
I felt Ishu is maintaining a distance now..only talks about the case and nothing else..and I liked the move to make adi represent himself...thank god she didn't represent him in court. Maybe she realized her value, they all thanked mihika which is good...but not one thanked..leave that..not even appreciated her effort and her approach, adi self representation...it was sad...but what else can we expect..it shows none trust her...yes it was mihikas idea..no one can deny that..but Ishu did think of something interim until the lawyer arrives...that needs to be taken into account...
How long is raman going to stay miffed?
So history will repeat adi like raman and aaliya like ishita...ok...
