We saw maya's dialogue yesterday..."hadh (limit) is meant to be broken...humans are meant to rise above limits...and she (maya) has crossed all limits in all her relations...being a daughter she killed her father, tried to kill her mother twice, being a married woman she let another person (samay) touch her body"
this dialogue is very deep...it shows her basic premises of moral and logic are flawed...sure she is right that humans should not have any limits, BUT only in good situations, for good causes...not for bad purposes like maya's.
Limit (Hadh) is a interesting term. Sometimes it acts as a barrier between you and your abilities, sometimes it acts as an check for ur behavior...sometimes it reminds u of ur weaknesses or sometimes it reminds u of ur control...
perhaps maya believes in "The sky is the limit" dialogue...but that is ok for when ur a boss in a company and ur focusing on increasing work efficiency, productivity and profits...but when ur focusing on destroying someone's life, you need to have a limit...its like a constraint u put on urself...a wall which keeps u from doing bad any further...a line which u should not cross...
the way maya was ranting about how she has overcome all limits in all her relations...it was like she was proud of that...what she does not realise is that the means and motives for which she overcame her limits was wrong!
