29/05 Expectations the root of all heartache !!

Hey there all the lovely people.
Here is a short update of the episode...Do watch the episode, Kanak is just slaying her way into grey shades for the Rathi family. Hinting towards some deep buried skeletons of past.

Expectations are the root cause for all heartache. The inability to accept people as they are, and moving on, rather than pinning for change, staying stagnant in that situation is the cause of anguish. Change is not bad, change is inevitable, but not moving on with change rusts a person.

Kanak says that she is tired of carrying the weight of Bhabho's approval, she cannot carry the burden anymore, as it is crushing her... meenakshi stops Ved from saying anything to Kanak, she asks Kanak his name and says Kanak's husband would be a modern educated, lively happy go lucky filmy kinda a guy, Kanak has flashback of US forcing her to marry and putting her in place by keeping his wife behind him as his shadow. meenakshi and babasa come forward in support of Kanak saying that it's not a crime to marry by your own choice, but atleast let us meet the guy and tell his name. Kanak is in a dilemma that earlier she couldn't tell US' family about Rathis and now she can't name that khalnayak over here. Meenakshi tries to persuade her that she is like a mother, let me meet her husband, Kanak hits a raw nerve saying you were mother to Mishri jiji too, so why doesn't anyone take her name. Bhabho walks out while Ved continues to be angry on Kanak. He says that in four days your whole outlook has change. He says we are outsiders for you, you can go to your family now. Everyone leaves one by one hurt by Kanak. Kanak breaks down and cries her heart out. That sooner or later her truth of being married had to come out, her family wouldn't have let her sacrifice herself for the shop, but now she would accept it and get back the shop. She says that she loves her Bhabho more than Bhabho hates her. --

The episode was amazing, in a sense that the merit we set for everyone is just our assumptions, one step over the line and door gets closed on the face. One is left uninvited, being an outsider. A brilliant depiction of life. How a family interprets the decision of a girl, some lash out in anger, some are heartbrokenly hurt, other come forward to accept it, and some just stand as dummies. This is the society we live in. The loved daughter is no longer welcome, because she choose for herself, for once she kept her wants before her family. Kanak just broke the expectations of the whole family.
Ved today performed very well, his disbelief, anger and helplessness to either comfort Bhabho or interrogate Kanak. The dilemma of understanding Kanak or to stand beside Bhabho was aptly portrayed. He played a perfect mouth piece for Bhabho . He didn't expect this treatment of Bhabho from Kanak. Hence his Bhabho wins over his love for Kanak.

P.S- US has not gone mute in the literal sense, but speaks only when necessary.. he no longer indulges in small talk with the family and that irks Massi. Presence of Payal in US state is kinda showing now you feel incomplete even while being married.

Thankfully no Palomi today also 😆

I feel very sorry 4 kanak😭. But somehow she did r8 2 express her feelings. 👏 the bg music cuts my heart into pieces🥺 poor kanak . don't cry.. 😭

Felt so bad for kanak...
I thought ved would understand her pain and he does but what he said today disappointed me...
I understand he can't go against bhabho but reality is he never did anything for kanak for bhabho to accept her... Both ved and vansh were mute spectators... And were only hoping that bhabho would accept kanak someday...wish vansh was there

Dear it's a fiction show, please do not get over involved in it, it's injurious for mental health. -- I have seen a few people who just couldn't get over the show and suffered depression. -- it's just a general caution thing from my side.

I do sympathize with Kanak. She lied and stood ground against her family, severing ties with them it was outright emotionally charged. The way a girl held her stance was commendable though.

Mishri mystery would be solved someday - they have raised the name for a reason.

Kanak is a super woman, her love for Bhabho makes her Over protective of her. She has already given her reasons that she "can't let Bhabho know that shop has been usurped by cheating". She said today that if she told her family of the situation they wouldn't let her sacrifice herself, so she had to do this.

Suraj gave some class advice to his daughter--sam dam dand bhed will all be used now.
Let the games begin.

Ved and Vansh are twins but they themselves are poles apart... it's about their individual outlook towards life. That's why they stay across the partition at their home. Ved lives with Bhabho and Vansh on the other side. Ved is the sharavan kumar whereas Vansh is the rebellious one.
And yes Kanak has a better understanding with Vansh, he is more lively and more like Kanak. He would have seen through Kanak in a blink, that's why he was missing.
Ved didn't disappoint me... he had the stage today. He said everything that was necessarily required from Bhabho. It was him speaking Bhabho's words. It's how they interpret the situation... Kanak also came blazing canons at Bhabho, someone had to stand with Bhabho naa 😉

Meenakshi was super amazing and understanding. But n pushed her away. How heartbreaking it would have been.
Well what Kanak is doing is technically being "mahaan" in terms of daily soap routine. Girl has to go through God knows what pareeksha for the family, family name, honor etc etc.
Kanak's intentions are good, she wants to teach raavan a lesson and get shop back. Because she is mislead by the whole situation, it's only one side of the picture she saw and then a ghost came and she is ready to fight ravaan with evilness.

Precap will be discussed tomorrow.. it's not going to be cake walk but still she would be home.
US will take care of her no worries.

Well technically Ved's reaction was justified. Kanak came all armed up(decked up) and gave them the shock of their life and went totally opposite of her calm sobbed stuttering in front of Bhabho.
As for inaction from vedansh, they might have tried several things over the years but might have failed. As it's the mighty Bhabho who stands as wall of China.
