Ranveer injured his head on set, he was bleeding but continued filming, he had to hav stitches for a cut to his forehead

Yes, @RanveerOfficial hurt his head on the sets of Padmavati but since he was completely in character, he insisted on continuing shoot (1/3)

So many actors continue filming while having serious injury. LOL! What's the big deal. His PR had to publicize an article to use this news to show how dedicated he's. 😆 Anyways, hope he gets well soon.

I dont think its his PR who gave out the news first, he got injured on thursday and the articles came out late on friday after media spotted him coming out of the hospital with bandage.

I guess then media outlets wouldve contacted his team to enquire about it and got the news.

I wish him speedy recovery, he is so injury prone.
