I am in two minds about Jahnvi. she was a callous mother and neglected Maya though she got hints of Ashwin's behaviour. Maya gave her a slow death like existence and even drowning her mother was quite a slow process. Instead of smiling as she did with Vandana, Maya was crying throughout. She is taking injections to sleep which may harm the child in her tummy.
