Aman loves Teni. Apparently, Teni lover him to (according to him) but she has cheated on him earlier by having a relationship with Parth.

Despite all this, does he really have the right to force Teni, a women that he loves and wants to marry to have an abortion without her knowledge and consent?

No he does not have. OK if parth and teni had done what he thought also. Who gave him the right to kill the child which does not have any fault. Knowing parth from this much years. How can he think of parth like that. Even teni who knows parth for only few months have trust upon him can to share her pain.

Nope He has absolutely no right what so ever, forget about the child being assumed as parth and teni's baby, even if it was teni and aman's baby, then also he doesn't have the right to abort the child without mothers consent.

If i am not wrong women can complain against forced abortions and its a punishable offence.
