To whomsoever it may concern, here are some suggestions that I feel will make the experience of its members better. I hope this meets with a favorable response. Any suggestions for addition/deletions are welcome.

TAGGING
A Tagging feature would be immensely helpful to the members of this forum - as it is largely interactive in nature and rests on members' communication.
The way a tagging feature would work, is to notify a member when they have been specifically addressed on a forum post. I also suggest that a notification center be included on the site itself. Emails are not so feasible because inboxes get cluttered and not all responses on a post we have commented on are relevant to us.
TIME STAMPS
I have noticed that there is no centralization of time stamps which makes it extremely awkward. I suggest that GMT+5:30 be the universal benchmark on this site as this makes tracking a post and checking it's validity easily.
ENHANCED FILTRATION
This is specific to the fanfiction forum - stories should have tags attached to them [examples: Romance, Angst, Humor] so that when we are searching for stories on the forum, it is easier for us to locate stories according to our taste.
The Filtration system should also be cognizant of which pairing/show it is about.
How this would work is - if the Filtration system is active - I would type "IPKKND>romance, angst" and all stories that are of the romance/angst genre in the IPKKND setting would be displayed.
WATCHED TOPICS
It is categorically unfair that writers and post makers are unaware of who is watching them. It promotes a form of stalking. It is my view that the original post makers deserve to know who has their post on their watched list - so we have a better idea of who our audience is. There is absolutely no real benefit achieved from the secrecy.
I feel that the notification center idea would be immensely helpful in this ambit as well - the moment someone adds our topic to their watched list - a notification pops up and we remain cognizant of our audience.
If sometimes the moderators need to stalk a post to check it out and the secrecy is required, I feel that an exception can be made in that regard. But other than that, I don't think there is any need for such opaque functioning.
