Yaa for tv viewer its shocking...but the real reason behind is not for vulgarity but for his quest...there r many sects which follow such kind of practices...so scene potray the thing which will not look bad on screen...

Well he could refuse if he wanted to . No one can force an actor to do scenes he is not comfortable doing. 😳
