As I had mentioned earlier...
But, now with precap, I am sure all the blame is going to fall on Maya and no one might believe her this time... And this would give her (and fans) another excuse to say "no one gave her chance to turn good)...
So basically Maya (and her fans) will always and always have that excuse to defend her...
She could have easily killed Saanjh and vandana, but she didn't... Without realizing cunning woman like her won't kill anyone with so many evidences Clearly pointing towards her. ...Ever in past or in future if anything happens to these two, the insecurity or her relationship will be major cause of suspect... As duo won't have any other enemy. That was not the case for Ashwin (there were multiple enemies) and "MAYBE" Pandit too (she had no connection) hence there was not an small chance of being suspected.
Then we have a reason... She is psycho and ill and she may not realize her own actions at time... She was never given a chance to turn good and so on... But hey! I do realize that Arjun and Maya were all alone for three years and all she earned was Arjun's frustration...(off track : I believe Maya should now always keep Saanjh or Vandana or someone around to earn some attention from Arjun, or else he would just hate her) 😆 in addition she planted her own psycho ex in Saanjh's life... And Samay would have any day had to come back to her and play out his game.. EVEN if Saanjh would have stayed 100 miles away from them..
So yes... There is always a reason... And latest is... She didn't tell him to kill Prem... And initially Vandana and now Samay won't give her chance to move towards acchai when she is getting a chance.
