Chapter 17
Wedding day morning TK...
Ria and rishi along with kamini reached tiwari killa early morning since ria need to complete suman's Ghara Ghardoli and they need to head back to MM to complete shravan's rasam.
Since it was a panjabi ritual and tiwari's were not aware of it so dadi enjoined kamini to accompany ria for ritual.
It was 8 in the morning everyone was in hustle bustle while malhotra's reached TK, rishi dropped kamini and ria to main gate and went to park car telling he will join them in a while, both headed toward and reached main door but since everyone was busy in preparations no one perceived their arrival.
Kamini darted living room which was full of guests, she cleared her throat "ahem, ahem" to get some attention but her attempt went into vain "are bhai koi hai ki nahi gharwale yaha, manju ji, rachanaji?" finally kamini shrieked with grin adding more into the rumpus created by all guests
hearing kamini's voice manju and rachana sprinted toward hall giving hint to all with eyes to behave properly in front of suman's inlaws.
Manju and rachana both welcomed kamini and ria by joining their hands "are maaf kariyega hum log jara kitchen me the, toh dhyan nahi raha" both apologized smiling ruefully
kamini sensed their hesitance "koi baat nahi woh kya hai na darsal koi dikha nahi esilye bas" she smile reassuringly "achha chaliye sab taiyyar hai na hum log jaldi rasam puri karate hai fir shravan ki bhi baki hai toh hum logoko jaldi jana hoga" kamini reasoned out her hurry and both concurred
meanwhile all males also joined them and welcomed rishi who was returned after parking car, rachana offered them some snacks and tea "aap nashta kariye mein suman ko bula lati hu.." rachana started leaving but ria stopped her "masiji agar aapko koi problem na ho to mein bulau suman ko" ria made a cute face
"are beta bilkul jao ab toh tum bhi es ghar ki beti hi to ho" rachana beamed but ria's forehead creased out of confusion "are beta ab tum suman ki ghardoli karne wali ho aur woh to badi bahen ya bhabhi karati hai toh tum usaki bahen hui, toh hui na es ghar ke beti?" rachana cleared her confusion and raised brow suggestively which made ria's whole face lit up
"yeye!!" she clapped as 5 years old girl grinning ear to ear and sprinted toward suman's room, rishi shook his head on his cute wife's childishness and smiled looking toward her retreating figure
sumo got ready in azure and magenta lahenga with some embroidery dots, ria entered her room and gave her sisterly hug sumo also reciprocated with same affection "thank you suman, you know i am so happy that i can do this ritual for you" ria chirped and her eyes welled up with happy tears
"ria you know the first time i met you i really felt that you are like my sister same as preeti, so just asked and sharvan also concurred and thank you ki tumane haan kar di" sumo smiled ecstatically
ria wore saree in over excitement for the rasam but now it was getting so difficult for her to handle it "are shravan toh tumhari baat manegahi na" ria winked and again engrossed in arranging her saree plated properly
sumo observed her "kya hua ria kuchh problem hai kya?" sumo asked with concern since ria was struggling with her plates
"actually mere shadi ke bad first time saree pahani hai, i mean shadi me first time and aaj 2nd time so i cant handle it properly" ria pouted cutely
"ohh eatani si baat hai, ek kam karo mein apana koi dress de deti hu tum change kar lo" sumo started moving toward her cupboard
"nahi nahi suman ruko, i wont change it" ria screeched making suman stop abruptly in her track, she turned and raised a brow in question confusingly "woh actually rishi ko mein saree me achhi lag rahi hu so..." ria confessed shyly tucking her hair strand behind her ear
"ohh to yeh sab rishi ke liye hai not for rasam haan" somo teased her naughtily and ria's cheeks turned pink
anajali entered room to call ria and sumo for rasam when she heard sumo's teasing "oye sumo tu jyada has mat jaldihi teri bhi bari aayegi tab dekhate hai kaun tuze bachayega hum se" anjali and ria hifived
"correct anjali ek bar esaki shadi ho jayegi na tab dekhana shravan kaise esake aage piche ghumega aur madam toh sirf aur sirf uske pasand ke hi kapade pahanegi" ria also joined anjali, both her tease friends succeeded turning sumo in live tomato, sumo started looking here and there pretending as if searching for something to avoid their teasing
"kya dhund rahi hai sumo tu?" anjali asked her chuckling on her antics
"woh woh...woh haan woh meine earrings rakhe the yaha wahi dhund rahi hu" she stammered and again resumed her search to hide her red face
ria came in front of her and hold her from her shoulder to stop and touched her earlobe which was already having earrings in it "achha suman tum earring dhund rahi ho toh yeh kya? anjali dekho toh jara yeh earrings hi hai or something else or may be i am hallucinating"
anjali also reached and nodded "ria muze bhi yeh earring hi lag raha hai" anjali deadpanned and a uncontrollable flush crept up sumo's face
both ria and anjali busted into laughter by seeing sumo's face, sumo whacked them and ran away from their, anjali and ria also controlled their laughs and wiped out tears which they had because of laugh and headed outside where everyone was waiting for them
kamini noticed "are beta kya hua aise daud kyu rahi ho aur sab thik to hai na kahi tumhari tabiyat to gadbad nahi hai na?" kamini got concerned when she discern sumo's red face, kamini's words urged everyone to heed suman
sumo open her mouth but shut it when she heard anjali's words from behind, she was so scared about what exacty anajali will inform them and she sucked her breath "actually chachiji woh kya hai na hum log na sumo ko kuchh makeup ke baare me bata rahe the to thoda blush jyada lag gaya bas esiliye aisa red dikh raha hai usaka face" anjali covered up smartly winking at sumo
thankfully everyone accepted her excuse and decided not to intrude further "achha chaliye sab ladkiyo aao, ria beta tum aao yaha" manju called out all girls and ria went to kamini listening all ritual carefully, kamini kept an earthen pitcher (Ghara) on ria's head, and headed towards temple all other women's and girls followed them, kamini and manju started singing some folk songs for the rasam.
They all reached temple in less than 10 mins, ria filled the Ghara with water at the altar of a temple as instructed by kamini carefully listening each word with close attention since she was worried that she should not do any mistake since it was the first time when she was participating in any indian marriage ritual, but kamini felt her hesitance assure her that she will do everything correct, after that sumo along with manju, rachna, kamini and ria paid a visit to the temple, offered prayers and seek blessings from there for the wellness of the family.
After all completed their prayers manju took sumo with her to take blessings from panditji and then parvati idol as per their up ritual, ria carried the pitcher filled with water back to the TiwrI Killa along with all the womens.
It was already 10 so after so much insisting from tiwari's kamini, ria and rishi had their breakfast at TK and took leave but before leaving kamini informed sumo that she need to take bath with this water before getting ready for wedding, sumo listened and agreed happily and took kamini's blessing.
After malhotra's left all resumed their works as still many preparations was pending for the evening
At MM all were waiting for kamini to start function, as soon as kamini and ria reached vandy along with other ladies started Gharoli ceremony. Vandy was beautifully dressed in traditional saree she took Ghara on her head,
Everyone was praising vandy except varun, he was as always busy in his business talks, vandy sulked by varun's ignorance which didn't went unnoticed by others
shravan nudged varun from one side to insinuate him about vandy and pushkar whispered in his ear about same. Varun was in a cold sweat when he finally comprehended what his brothers were pointing, he bit his tongue and strode across all and reached vandy.
"baby you are looking so beautiful" he started monofying session for his sulky wife and tried to wrap one hand around her shoulder
vandy hurled his hand and started leaving toward the temple along with all women's started marching, varun sighed in defeat "lagta hai bahot ghussa hai" he murmured
"haan bhaiyya bhabhi bahot ghussa hai lagta aaj to aap gaye kam se" pushkar stopped beside him and folded his hands in front of his chest,
shravan also joined them from other side and nodded in despair on vandy's retreating figure "haan bhaiyya, lekin es bar mein bhabhz ke sath hu aap bhi na hamesha kam aur kam hi karate rahate ho, yeh galat baat hai"
"ab ho gayi galati, lekin tu jyada mat ud jaldi hi teri bhi yahi halat hone wali hai samaza" varun berated and glared him exasperatedly
vandy completed all rituals and filled ghara with water inside the temple, all ladies offer prayer and seek blessings from there for the wellness of their families, nirmala prayed for shraman's blissful married life. They completed all rituals and headed back to the house.
"rishi, shravan beta edhar aao?" nirmala called out shravan and rishi
"ji maa"
JI aunty" both responded in unison
"beta suno tumhe taiyyar hone se pahale esi pani se nahana hai thik hai" nirmala pointed toward the filled ghara which vandy was holding "aur rishi tum esake sath rahoge na to please tum hi ese yaad dila dena thik hai" nirmala averted her gaze to rishi and finished her instructions
"ji aunty aap tension mat lijiye, i will take care you just relax" rishi smiled reassuringly, nirmala enjoined vandy to keep ghara in shravan's room and vandy did as said happily
rishi and shravan nodded in consent and all got busy in their respective works

In Noon TK
"sumo sun yeh jara sharbat pi le thodi energy aayegi" anjali entered sumo's room with glass of lemonade
since it was wedding day mami informed sumo that she need to keep fast, nirmala already told sumo that its okay if she don't want then she can skip it but mami to be stubborn was not ready for it and finally sumo gave in reluctantly
"thank god anjali you don't know tune kitna bada ehsan kiya hai muzape, mein tera yeh ehsan kabhi nahi bhulungi yaar" sumo was really thankful of anjali since she didn't had anything from morning and now she was really started feeling down, so in such quandary a glass of lemonade can be a big survivor for her
anjali handed her glass and she gulped down whole in one go, she sighed feeling energetic "are yaar ye kab tak karna hota hai fast, muzase bilkul nahi hota" sumo was exasperated by manju's new wishes now and then
"sumo shant ho jaa bas aaj ke din hi hai baad me to shravan tuze aisa kuch nahi karne dega, aur tuh to har wakh bhukkad hi banake rahegi shdi ke bad" anjali smiled naughtily, suman being a innocent soul didn't deciphered her tease she narrowed her eyes in skepticism "are shravan tuze etana thaka jo dega khana to padega hi na pagal" anjali gave a playful slap on her head and her eyes went round
her cheeks turned pink "what??" sumo almost screamed urging anjali to bust into laugh
"what kya what , jaise ki tuze kuchh pata hi nahi, aur jab honeymoon pe jayegi tab toh room ke bahar hi nahi nikalane dega tuze" anjali winked and sumo's cheeks turned into the dark shade of pink, she started biting her lips in nervousness
"tu chup kar koi kam dham nahi hai na tuze muze pareshan kar rahi hai aur hum log aisa kuchh nahi karenge samazi" sumo whined
"haaww sumo aisa nahi to kaisa karehi haan" anjali nudged her teasingly
it was enough for sumo, she pulled and twisted her ear and anjali shirked in pain "tu na anjali ki bachhi kuchh jyada hi bol rahi hai" sumo pushed her out of the room and closed door instantly, she leaned back to door and placed one hand on her heart to calm down her rapid heartbeats, it was common now a days a mere talk about her and shravan's relation and her heart was accustomed of beating with the speed of bullet express
she closed her eyes and shook her head so that all this wired thoughts compelled out from it.
it was 3 in the noon when she heard knock on door, she get up from bed lazily and opened door
"preeti tu hai haan bol" sumo came back to take her previous position om her bed and preeti followed her.
"di aap abhi bhi so rahi hai, aapko abhi shower leke ready hona hai beautician thodi hi der me asa jayegi" preeti irked seeing her all time ready sister was still on bed
"are meri pretty preeti jara shant ho jaa... jaa hi rahi hu, ab kya jaan legi meri" sumo jested and pulled preeti's chicks
preeti shook her head "di aap bhi jaldi jaieye nahi to masi aur mami muzehi datenge aapko to koi kuchh nahi bolega aaj aap chief guest jo bani ho" she finally pushed sumo inside washroom
sumo was roaming all around keeping mask as carefree and confident but in reality her state was completely contradicting with her show off, she was feeling jitters in her stomach and goosebumps on all over her body thinking about her marriage with shravan, and all malhotra clan with whom she was going to start new chapter of her life
There was millions of thoughts was going inside her "how she will manage in MM? what will happen if she wake up late? or she will be able to listen everyone out there since she always had a upper-hand in TK? what will happen if anytime she hurts someone unintentionally? she took her bath while fighting with all this muddle inside her.
soon beautician also reached and they left for the hall where marriage was going to be held.
On the other hand in MM, shravan was also had weird feeling inside him, he was also facing millions of questions which were enough to create jitters in his stomach, he was lying on his bed folding both hands below his head and his gaze was at ceiling
"bhaiyya aap abhi tak yahi pe ho? jaiye na taiyyar ho hai ki nahi 4 baj rahe hai, 6 baje barat nikalegi" pushkar irked on his lazy brother
nirmala also entered his room along with rishi "rishi yeh kya hai meine tumhe responsibility di thi na ese taiyyar karne ki fir bhi abhi tak yeh yahi pe hai" nirmala chided rishi in disappointment
"hey lazybones just get up from bed and go get ready" rishi said calmly but shravan didn't budged from his place which made rishi irritated "are mere baap jaa na taiyyar ho jaldi aaj lag raha hai teri nahi kisi aur ki shadi hai, you are just rolling on your bed man" rishi hit his shoulder playfully
finally he got up and sat on with the help of headrest "aap log nanhisi jaan ko sukun se nahi rahane doge na" shravan said dramatically making grumpy face
"beta abse tera sukoon wookun sab gaya okay now onward you will be laced along with suman's pinky finger" rishi winked and shravan irked giving him "NOT AGAIN" look
nirmala and pushkar chuckled on shravan's predicament "achha thik hai sab ladies ready hone gayi hai mein bhi jaa rahi hu , tum dono ese jaldi taiyyar karo aur niche aao thik hai hum logo ko 6 baje nikalana hai" trio nodded as most obedient child and nirmala left room
"sale jaa jaldi nahi to hum log bhi taiyyar nahi ho payenge" rishi tried to push shravan toward washroom bur it was really not a easy task for a single man to budge such a giant frame "are yaar kya hoga suman ka pata nahi" rishi whined and pushkar also joined him chanting jor laga ke haiyya
shravan giggled on unsuccessful attempts of the two poor men who really tried very hard to move him but was still unsuccessful and he himself moved to get ready.

Evening Malhotra mansion
Everyone was ready in living room waiting for their son who was all set to bring his wife to their home today, everyone was waiting for this day from long time specially Nirmala, She tried a lot but could hide her excitement to become SAS and all family members was witnessing her excitement every time here or there.
even when she was getting ready she was continuously messing with her sarees later with mack up, finally kamini chided her and helped her to get ready saying aapka kuchh nahi ho sakata bhabhi
"are varun beta suno" ramnath called out varun who was busy in giving some instructions
"ji bade papa" varun quickly strode toward ramnath asking person on call to hold
"beta suno jara bahar jaake dekho ki band wale aaye ya nahi aur aa gaye ho to unhe bolo shuru kare 6 baj gaye hai shravan aata hi hoga" ramnath enjoined varun with never living grin on his face after all today he was getting promoted as father in law and main reason was he will be getting one daughter which he craved from long time and not daughter in law who will always on his side he was pretty much sure they are going to share deep bond
varun nodded "ji bade papa wo aa gaye hai aur thodi der me shuru..."
but before he could complete lalaji cut him off "aur sun khote unhe bol aisa band bajaye aisa band bajaye ki sare padosi apane ghar me nachana shuru kar de" lalaji jested and raised in hand in perfect bhangra step, varun and ramnath smiled on lalaji's excitement
"aur haan sun vandy aur apani maa ko bhi dekh le woh dono to lagta hai aaj dulhan se bhi jyada time lene wali hai, pata hai na teri maa..." but he shut his mouth when he found furious kamini standing behind varun keeping her hands on hips
"kya kaha aapane mein time leti hu achha" kamini fumed
"lala tu to gaya aaj" lalaji murmured, varun and ramnath suppressed somehow their laugh on lalaji's plight, lalaji reached kamini with his evergreen smile "are nahi nahi soniyo makhana di doliyo meine aisa kab kaha, mein toh kah raha tha varun se ki tumhari maa dulhan se bhi sundar lagati hai" he faked innocence and varun nodded in consent to cover up his father
kamini blushed "kuchh bhi aivehi aap bhi na bachho ke samane" she rushed from there and joined nirmala to check other preparations
"dadu hum log ready ho gaye" ehan chirped, eti and ehan too joined elders
"bade dadu mein butiful lag rahi hu na" eti asked ramnath in her childish tone with cute smile
no one can resist this little angel's charm, he quickly bend down and took eti in his arms "aaj to eti es world ki sabse beautiful princess lag rahi hai pata hai" he kissed her chick her eyes twinkled and she clapped grinning ear to ear
soon vandy and ria also joined all "bhabhi mein kaise lag rahi hu sab thik to hai na" ria asked vandy
"are ria ekadam perfect lag rahi ho, lekin rishi kaha hai, he should be the one who complement you" vandy teased ria and she blushed
"bhabhi woh kabse gaya hai shravan ko ready karane ke liye ab tak usi ke sath hai" ria whinged, she was waiting for rishi from long time but her husband didnt shown up and not even once checked her
"ria, vandy suno beta yaha aao" nirmala called out them and both headed toward "beta suno tum dono upar jaake dekho ki shravan taiyyar hua ki nahi aur vandy teh lo" nirmala handed her a box having layered pearl bead inside "yeh na shravan ko pahna dena shagun hai bhabhi ka thik hai"
"ji badi maa" vandy nodded happily and started ascending stairs along with ria holding their heavy lahnga's
ria knocked shravan's door, no one opened she again knocked hardly and pushkar opened door "are bhabhi, ria aap log hum log aa hi rahe the abhi" pushkar replied while opening door thinking they are here to check them
"are haan baba pata hai lekin abhi ek rasam baki hai, shravan come here sit" vandy ordered him
shravan came out from his walk in closet "OMG shravan, you are going to kill all girls over there" ria's eyes widened "you are looking so handsome yaar" ria side hugged him
"Thank you so much ria" shravan turned red hearing ria's complete, he was looking breathtakingly handsome in his black and maroon sherwani
"are ria ab tum hi samzao ese he was setting his hairs from past half and hour but still not satisfied" rishi exasperated by his cantankerous friend "ese mein kitna samaza raha hu ki sehra hi bandhana hai but this over obsessed man about his hairs didn't listen anything" rishi hugged ria from back and wrapped his hands around her stomach resting his chin on her shoulder
"ohh my poor baby" ria caressed his chick "shravan he is right who will see your hairs inside sahera" ria asked shravan raising her brow
"are ria aap samaz nahi rahi hai, bhaiyya yeh sab baki logon ke liye thodi na kar rahe hai yeh to unake liye hai jo aaj enhe bina sahare ke bhi dekhane wali hai even without other things too" pushkar winked at rishi and ria and hifived with rishi
shravan's face flushed and his ears turned red "pushkar tu ruk jaa tuze to mein..." shravan squawked on pushkar's comment and was about to chase him when vandy stopped him by holding his hand
"shravan tum bhi na" she nodded on her two every time ready to fight devar's "usake piche bhag rahe ho tumhari shadi hai waha suman wait kar rahi hai aur tum yaha late kar rahe ho" she dragged him and made him sit on his bed "ruko you need to wear this" she put pearl bead around his neck "perfect, hain na" she raised her brow toward all in question
"yes perfect" all replied in unison
rishi snuggled into ria's neck "baby you are looking gorgeous" and he placed a quick kiss on her neck, ria blushed hardly
"yeh dekho mein yaha shravan ko bol rahi hu jaldi karne ke liye aur en dono ka romance hi khatam nahi ho raha hai " vandy's comment urged pushvan to snap toward lovely couple but rishi left ria quickly and their face flushed
"aaj to bhai aap etane killer lag rahe ho ki sari ladkiya flat ho jayengi" pushkar beamed while complementing his brother "chalo toh chale bade bhaiyya ki dulniya ko lane?"
"okay chalo sab niche hum logo ka wait kar rahe hai" everyone left room, vandy stopped pushkar holding his hand "pushkar tune woh room decoration ka bol diya hai na?" vandy whispered to pushkar
"yes bhabhz, meine bol diya hai aur haan meine na preeti ko pucha tha ki bhabhi ko kaunse flowers pasand hai, so i have informed decorators specially use tulips and not roses, and even bhabhi is allergetic to roses" pushkar whispered back in one go without thinking about his words but when his words sprang to his mind that he blabbered about preeti he sucks his breath thinking vandy will dig into it but thankfully vandy didn't heeded it
"aap dono kya khusur pusur kar rahe ho" shravan stopped and his eyes narrowed toward naughty babhi and devar jodi
"kuchh nahi shravan woh woh haan mein pushkar ko dance ke bare me puch rahi thi woh barat me dance karna hai na i am so excited" vandy chirped eyeing pushkar sighed in relief
"are haan bhaiyya bas yahi chalo ab jaldi jaldi" shravan didnt satisfied with reply but decided to let it go since it was already late
All were busy in their works but stopped when they saw shravan descending stairs , he was looking like prince charming who was going to take his princess
shravan reached hall, he headed toward dadi and bend down to take her blessings "kush raho, kitana sundar dikh rahe ho" she kissed his forehead "hamesha suman ko khush rakhana aur yaad rahe usake ankh se ek bhi asu nikala na to mein tumhe nahi chodungi samaze" dadi chided him lovingly "nirmala esaki najar utarana jane se pahale" nirmala nodded and her eyes welled up with happy tears, he took blessing from thayaji and thayeji and other oldies
he deaded to saumya but she stopped him "shravan you know i am more like you friend rather than bua so just come" she spreaded her hands and he hugged her "beta this is the start of new journey of your life new chapter so make it memorable and never do any mistake which will trouble suman and always keep her happy, and rest you are enough mature to understand" shravan smiled and nodded, later he took blessing from all and lastly made his way toward nirmala who was just holding her tears till now but as soon as her son reached her she could hold them anymore and they made their way from her eyes
shravan bend down to seek her blessings "beta hamehsa khush raho aur hamesha ek dusare ke sath rahana kuchh bhi ho jaye ek duare ka sath mat chodana etana samaz lo tum done ek duje ke vaaste bane ho aur yeh hamesha yad rakhana" his expression changed for a while but within a moment his old expressions returned on his face which went unnoticed by all since he was bending down,
He straighten himself, nirmala took some kohl from her eye and put najar ka tika on backside of his ear "kisi ki najar na lage" ramnath reached nirmala and wrapped one hand around her shoulder
"mumma yeh badi dadi ne chachu ko kya kiya?"ehan queried his mom curiously
"beta woh uncle chachi ko lane jaa rahe hai na to he should not get catches by evils eye so that's why dadi put that tika" vandy answered her over curious son earnestly
"mumma to mein bhi to chachu ke sath jaa raha hu aap bhi mere liye kariye na yeh" vandy smiled at her cute son and she mimicked normala putting najar ka tikka on him every one smiled
"achha lala, thauji chaliye sehra bandhana hai na shravan ko" ramnath along with others reached him, panditji made him sit on chair and completed small puja of a pink colored turban.
ramnath, lalaji and thaiyaji wrapped it around shravan's head "aaj mera sapna pura ho gaya beta tere sir pe sehra dekhane ka thank you beta, aaj duniya ke sare ashirwad tere liye" ramnath's voice chocked with emotions and all smiled admiring son father bond
"beta aaj tu nayi jindagi shuru karne jaa raha hai, jimmedariyan badhengi, hum sab janate hai tu puttar toh kamal ka hai aur 10 sal baad teri vohti se puche na to usne bhi yahi bole mera pati kamal hai samaze" lalaji blessed in his style and hugged him ,all smiled happily
shravan smiled and nirmala came forward with aarti thal, she did his aarti and blessed him once again "aaj bahot bada din hai mere bete ka, jinda rah beta hamesha aise hi muskurata rah"
Shravan along with his cavalcade was now ready to leave for the wedding venue.
All came out happily but shravan freaked out when he saw decorated ghodi was all set to ride him till venue "maa mein nahi baithunga meine bola tha aapne kaha tha bad hall ke samne 2 min baithana hai but now what is this?" shravan shrieked
Everyone started laughing on shravans complain "beta dadi ma ka man hai bath jao kuch nahi hoga sirf 1 ghante ki to baat hai" nirmala tried to convince her cranky son
"no mom i agreed only when you said it will be only for 2 mins before entering venue but now see, i am not going to do it and its final" he folded his hands across his chest

shravan got up on the back of the horse and settled properly checking for any loophole which he can use to drop this stupid hoarse riding plan, but his karma he didn't find anything, he sighed in despair and sat their clutching string around hoarse's neck. Varun made ehan sit in front of shravan and all left for venue.

sumo's eyes snapped toward nanu in astonishment since till now she was thinking nanu have no idea about her reason behind rejecting all marriage proposal but this old man sitting in front of her once again proved that he was a shrewd lawyer and nothing can be hidden from him,
sumo lowered her gaze and started biting her lip nanu smiled at her and caressed her face "beta, meri ek baat dhyan se suno, tum aur shravan humesha ek dusare ke sath rahna kuchh bhi ho jaye, aur jitana pyar tumane es ghar ki beti banake diya hai esase kayi guna pyar tumhe us ghar ko dena hai" sumo stared him intently "kyuki beta yaha tum sirf ek beti ho lekin waha ek beti hone ke sath sath bahu bhi ho, ramnath aur nirmala aajse tumhare maa papa ban jayenge, kamini lalaji tumhare chacha chachi, varun aur vandana tumhare bade bhai bhabhi, pushkar bhai, sumitraji dadi,saumya bua aur eti aur ehan ko tumhe maa ki tarah hi pyar karna hoga aur unke sath shaitani bhi karni hogi, to etane rishto ko nibhane ke liye tumhe sabko pyar dena padega aur muze un logo pe pura yakin hai ke jitana pyar tum unhe dogi usase kai guna jyada pyar wo tumhe denge, kabhi bhi kisi ka man nahi dukhana khas karke apani baato se beta aur haan un logo ne tumhe lekar bahot sapane bune hai bas usame rang bharti chali jana aur dekhana tumhari zindagi kitani hasin ban jayegi" nanu caressed her hairs "hamesha hasati rahna aur khush rahna" nanu gave her blessings, sumo hugged him and tears ran down her cheeks
"shh beta rona nahi aaj etani khushi ka din hai aur tum roke ese kharab mat karo" nanu cooed her
sumo broke hug "nanu mein aapko bahot miss karungi aur preeti tu nanu ka achhe se dhyan rakhegi samazi aur muze koi bhi shikayat nahi milani chahiye" sumo warned preeti raising finger toward her
preeti hopped on her and hugged her tightly "di i will miss you a lot, aap please roj aana yaha nahi to mein aur nanu waha aa jayenge aapse milane" preeti started sobbing in her sisters embrace
"my preity preeti, mein jaroor aaungi aur tuze waha aane se kon rokega jab bhi man kare aa jana aur mein to sirf ek call ki duri pe hu" sumo patted preeti's head softly "aur tu to janati hi hai na sumo wrestlerse panga lena kisi ke bas ki baat nahi hai aur malhotra's ki kya majal jo teri sumo di se pange le" sumo jested and felt preetis giggle on her neck
they broke their hug "i will miss you too" nanu stared his both grand daughters lovingly they two are the main reason of living , today he will complete his one responsibility as he promised priya and now he was only worried about preeti since he was supremely satisfied with malhotra's for suman.
One of suman's cousin entered room "di chaliye barat aa gayi, aur jiju bahot jyada handsom lag rahe hai" she informed them excitedly
"di mein to chali" preeti chirped and get up to leave
"preeti ruk beta muze bhi jana hai un logo ka swagat karna hai chal" nanu also joined her and both left leaving fidgety suman behind
Once both out from her sight, she picked up photo frame of her parents from dresser "maa papa aaj meri shadi hai, jaise nanu ne kaha sab thik hai lekin fir bhi muze bahot dar lag raha hai, muze pata hai shravan hai mere sath, yeh jo bhi decision hai hum dono ka hai, aur i hope yeh sabke liye sahi ho aur humare aane wale life ke liye bhi, maa muze aaj aapki bahot yaad aa rahi hai kash aap hoti to sab kuchh kitna alag hota, papa dekhiye jaise aapne kaha mein pari ki tarah saji hu, aur maa aapke yeh gahane pahanake lag raha hai ki aap mere sath hi ho, aap dono apani beti ko ashirwad do ki mein sab thik se kar pau, aur kuchh bhi aisa na ho mere hath se jisase koi bhi hurt ho, I love you maa papa" she kissed photo frame and embraced it thinking about how will be her new life?
"You may not end up where you thought you were going , but you will always end up where you were meant to be..."
