HURRAH! PRC BANNER CONTEST 2008

The much awaited banner contest of our section Prithviraj Chauhan is finally here! The first contest after the New Year and rightly the most needed one too 🥳 so lets get working on those entries to make this section rock

Before anything lets go through the rules for the Banner Contest:

Rule 1 SIZE - The banner size should be 728 x 90 (pixels)

Rule 2 NUMBERS - One member can submit upto 10 banners to the maximum

Rule 3 STYLE - All banners should be unanimated, animated banners are not allowed and will be disqualified

Rule 4 SUBSTANCE - Please do not use pictures of Rajat, Mugdha or other actors from other serials (including Dharamveer photographs) to make the banner. Please ensure all the photographs are from the PRC serial. Please spread the photographs over the older and the newer cast of the serial to try and evenly distribute the outlook of the banner. The picutres used for the banner should be from the episodes itself.

I know that there are no pictures of the new cast in the picture gallery so please use the ones that have been provided in the updates thread. 😊

Rule 5 - ETHICS - Do not advertise/canvass for your or anyone else's banner thru post or PM - this wud lead to disqualification.

Rule 6 - ORIGINALITY - Please dont post in entries directly from the avtaar/signature section

Rule 7 - IDENTITY- Do not put your copyright/name/forum id/any form of identification on your banner

Rule 8 - DATE - Last date for submission of entries is the 8th of February 2008

Rule 9 - ADDRESS - Please pm all your entries to the prcentries id at one time via one pm if possible. Otherwise it makes sorting the entries very difficult. Do not post any banners in this thread, DONT PM the mods the banners.

How do I attach the banner in the pm?

Upload the banner on an image hosting site like www.imageshack.us or www.tinypic.com

Click on the add image button on the left hand side of the ABC check buttong. It carries a picture of a mountain on it. If you click on it, an insert image box will pop up.

Paste the link of the image where it says: IMAGE URL and click OK. The picture will then be pasted on your message.

Selection process

Banner selection will be based on public voting. The banners recd will be posted by us on the forum for members to vote. The banner with the highest number of votes will be chosen as the winning banner. If there is a tie then a Global Moderator or admin would be asked to hel decide the winning entry

Remember to pm in your entries to prcentries before the 8th of Feb

Ok everyone, get your creative hats on and get started and make the PRC section look the best! This is a contest that has been requested and pending for a longggg time. Hence, now that it is up we would like to see as many entries as possible😃. Please dont give reasons for non-participation like time (there is plenty of time given to learn + design), lack of software (loads of free downloadable trial softwares available) or lack of talent (all necessary tutorials have been attached). The development team would be very disappointed 💔 and heartbroken if the response was not good!!!! So lets all participate shall we? 😳

aisa mat kehna.😳. if the very first posts are about not-participating then other members would not feel the punch of participating na .... besides kai you requested for a banner contest na.... the spirit is in participating... im sure everyone would appreciate that😳

but we have lot of talented ppl here & i just want to say if i can't make a banner i will definetly try to participate, atleast in the voting 😉

just checked the gallery..wht r RT pics from SVOI doing in there...so is DV...& it's launching..this suppose to be PRC gallery rite not RT gallery😕

exactly kai...now rt not in prc so we shud post anas n pooja n other cast pics😆 without tht how can anyone make banner we all had rt mc n other casts pics but not new😕
