Watched it last night and his speech was really good and made sense. Not many actors can deliver a speech like he did without even a piece of paper or a prompting monitor

What a speech. There was this soothing quality to it man! One is used to seeing Shahrukh be a lot more energetic but this change of pace had such a calmness to it it. Loved how self deprecating he was! Love the cocky humor too. None of what he said seemed preachy at any point even though parts of it were quite philosophical. I guess one of the things that one likes about him is that no matter what platform it's, be it global or not, he always or at least for the most part just seems like himself. He doesn't try too hard. Can't stand folks who just take on a different persona altogether when it comes to global platforms. The guy is a great orator but to capture the attention of the audience even in a setting like this says a whole lot about how darn engaging he can make any topic if he wishes to..lol.
