Ranveer is just being himself. He appeals to some people to others he is obnoxious.

As for abuse, well let us not throw out stuff like that k without any proof. It goes beyond just an opinion then.

I feel Ranveer is too OTT, energetic and playful but that's only for the cameras for the attention maybe.
But I actually always imagine real life Ranveer as someone who is calm, clever(not cunning), and doesn't have an overly energetic persona. There was an IV of his (don't remember which one) that made me realize he is hiding a lot more than what he shows behind that colorful, clown-like facade of his, he does seem to have depth but makes a cautious effort to keep it private or only chooses to share that side of him with people who are very close to him. IDK why but it's just this feeling I have that nobody really knows the real him.

Hes neither childlike nor innocent ...all of that is an act put up to appear spontaneous and uninhibited

Often self conscious people do that to hide their insecurity
