Can samay be the murderer..?

He has saved her from Ashwin na... He killed him. He is the one .. the guy is mad lover. May b ashwin caused break up btw Samay n Maya .. Like he tried with Arya.

I feel he might be in jail or something like that and he might have trying to find link via Saanjh to reach Maya. But there is something else when I saw that flashback in first meeting when Samay was shouting Maya to not leave him. But something tells me he can be killer and will turn tables in S3

Samay, till now is a complete mystery. We have no idea about how he met Maya, what was their relationship, what happened between them.
Forget all that, we don't even know when he came back into Maya's life.
I mean when he met Maya in her office, Maya looked shocked and he said "8 saal baad bhi wahi kashish "
As in last time they met Maya must be 19, this was the time she established her business empire.
But later , we see Samay saying " maine tumhare kehne par pyaar ka naatak kiya " so if they met after 8 years, how come Maya implanted him on Saanjh??

I love that spark and chemistry of Maya and Samay, seems like one reason they are making him puppet of Maya right now only to show him later scaring shit out of her in S3. I don't to feel bad form him seeing that craziness or pity for being used by her. Sometimes I feel Maya still have soft corner buried somewhere for Samay, she was trying to calm him down in segment like a mother does to her child to give in.
