Raman took ishita to their room and said making her settle on the bed-its time to start the day, u rest for sometime.
Ishita moved a bit and said-aap bhi rest kar lo. It's 4.30 in morning.
Raman nodded and settled beside ishita. Ishita came closer to him and said-aap khush ho naa.
Raman -kisse.
Ishita-sabse, mujhse, adiru se, apni zindagi se.
Raman wrapped his arms around her and said-why u asked so.
Ishita -yesterday I saw ur eyes were moist when u were talking to mummy ji. I want to believe that were happy tears but thought to ask u. Aap khush ho naa raman hamare aapki zindagi mein aane se.
Raman -and why u even think that I am not happy with u all. U guys brought the much needed light in my life. U know I was living in darkness, tum logon ke aane se ujala hua hai.
Ishita looked down and asked meekly -yeh ujala sirf adi rooh se aane se hua hai yaa main bhi uss ujale ka hissa hoon.
Raman looked at her hearing her question and said-u really wanna hear the answer.
Ishita looked down and nodded in yes.
Raman -sunne ki himmat hai, bura toh nahi lagega tumhe.
Ishita got scared hearing this and said-rehne dijiye, it's was just I wanna be sure ki aap khush hai mere saath. I am not just a burden for u. But ab lagta hai kuch sawalon ke jawab naa milen yeh hi achcha hai. She said faking a smile and turned to opposite side. Her eyes got filled for some unknown reason which she wiped in a jiffy. But Raman was fast enough to notice those unshed tears and to be honest he was somewhere happy that she too want a special place in his life like he wanted. Like him, she too don't want their relationship only for their kids.
He went closer to her and kept his hand on her waist. She didn't reacted but closed her eyes and a tear escape her eyes. He settled his face in crook of her neck and said huskily in her ear-u r very special ishita, tum sirf uss ujale ka hissa nahi ho, u r the sunshine who filled my life with brightness. Tumhare aane se ehsaas hua ki saansein lene aur zindagi jeene mein kya fark hota hai. U made me live again ishita. U made my life worth living. Thanks for coming into my life. He said hugging her from back while she closed her eyes feeling his words. All the pain and insecurities she was feeling washed away in a nano second.
He caressed her neckline with his nose and said-rest for sometime ishita, warna headache go jayega.
She just nodded and closed her eyes while he was patting her softly. Soon she slept and he too slept hugging her tight from back. His hands were on her waist holding her protectively.
At eight, raman wake up feeling someone's soft hand shaking him to get up. He opened his eyes only to see ishita standing infront of him all ready wearing a red suit with chudidar along with a red golden duppata. Her hair were opened and she was saying-get up Raman. Hai pee lijiye.
He got up rubbing his eyes and raman served him tea. He start sipping and said-why u bring this. Kisi ko keh deti, tumhara vrat hai naa.
Ishita-so what, kya main apne kaam naa karun. I am all OK raman and will be OK, if I will do my work. I can't sit idle.
Raman smiled and asked-bachche kahan hai.
Ishita-they went to school. Aap bhi ready ho jaiye, I am making breakfast.
Raman -no way, u r not going to stand infront of flame. Tumhe pyaas lag jayegi. Tell hari to make something for me. I will eat that and go to office. He said sipping his tea.
Ishita nodded and was going when he said-on second thoughts, I am thinking why to go office when maa has told me to take care of u. Toh soch raha hoon ghar hi ruk jaun. What say.
Ishita-and what u will do in home when I am going to clinic. Kiska khayal rakhenge aap. She said settling the bed.
Raman-ek minute, u r not going anywhere. Tum ghar mein rahogi aaj. Badi aayi clinic jaane wali.
Ishita-but raman I have many appointments.
Raman -koi dil ki doctor nahi ho, joh tumhare Ek din nahi jaane se kuch bigad jayega. U r not going anywhere and thays final. And I am also not going anywhere, and it is also final.
Ishita-aur aap kyun nahi jayenge.
Raman -to keep eye on u, tera kya bharosha. Chali gayi toh.
Ishita-come on raman, I just kept fast, u r behaving like I am sick or pregnant .itni care karne ki zarurat nahi hai. Stop bothering me like this. She said in irritation and later realised what she told. She look down and said-i am sorry raman. I don't wanna hurt u. It's just, just. I am really sorry. She said feeling guilty for her words.
Raman went to her and said huskily in her ear-ek baar pregnant to go jao, then u will see how much I will care for u. Just wait for our chotu to come here ,then u will see how much I will bother u. He said caressing her tummy and went giving her goosebumps with his touch and words too.
She went to the mirror and said caressing her tummy-hamara chotu. She blushed at her own thoughts and hide her face in her palm blushing.
Two hours later, raman was busy in making arrangements for the evening with toshiji when they saw ishita coming down taking her bag hurriedly.
Raman -kahan chali?
Ishita-clinic.
Raman -but why I told u naa, ishita didn't let him complete and said-mera Ek patient hai, a two years old boy. He fell off the terrace and now he is in hospital for treatment . His parent want me to be with him as he is hell scared and crying bitterly. Raman I had to go, woh bahut dara hua hai. Mummy ji please let me go.
Toshiji-haan puttar jaa, raman le jaa Isse. Matarani usse thik rakhen.
Raman nodded and went out taking the car keys. Both settled in the car and raman start driving. Ishita closed her eyes praying for the boy.
Raman-relax ishita, he must be fine.
Ishita came closer and hide herself in him saying-i am so scared raman. Woh itna chota hai, I am so scared for him.
Raman wounded his arms around her and said-he will be fine ishita,he will be fine. Saying so he pecked her hair while she snuggled more into him.
They reached hospital and ishita went inside. She went to the room where the boy was getting treated while raman waited outside.
After four hours, ishita came out all worn out. Her dress has many blood spots while her hair was messed up.
Raman went to her and asked -is everything fine. U took so long and now looking so worn out.
Ishita-yes he is fine now. Sleeping now. Actually he was being too violent. He was crying and throwing hands and legs in air as he was in pain. It took so long to control him. His mother was crying bitterly, his hand's bone got cracked. Uske plaster mein time lag gaya.
Raman took her side hug and said-now u OK.
Ishita nodded in yes.
Raman -shall we go back.
Ishita nodded and they start walking out when the parent of the little boy came and thanked ishita many times for coming. Ishita just smiled back saying, it was her duty and Ishra went back. Throughout the way ishita was hugging raman tight. Raman was also feeling her discomfort, was caressing her hair.
Seeing her so restless he finally said-u don't worry, hum apne bachchon ka bahut khayal rakhenge. Unke saath kabhi aisa nahi hoga .
Ishita cried hearing this and said-haan raman, we will never allow anyone to hurt our babies. Woh kaise ro raha tha, it is so difficult to see ur child in pain and couldn't do anything. They were so helpless. Hum bahut khayal rakhenge apni adi aur rooh ka. She said snuggling more into him while he just pecked her temple lovingly.
Soon they reached home and adiru ran to them. Ishra smiked widely seeing them and picked them in their arms. Ishita hugged them tight and showered their little faces with lots of kisses while they chuckled getting so much love from their mother. Raman smiled seeing her love for their kids.
Adi-mumma aap kahan gaye the, hum micchi kal rahe the.
Ruhi-haan mumma, hum aap dono ko micchi kal lahe the.
Raman picked ruhi in his arms and said-hum bhi tum dono ko micchi kal lahe the, isliye aa gaye. Achcha kiya naa.
Adiru nodded in yes.
Raman -then give me a kissie. Adiru pecked his cheek.
Raman -thats like my good bachcha, now take mumma to room. She is tired naa, till then I will look at the arrangements.
Adiru nodded and took ishita upstairs. While Raman went to check the decorations. He got angry seeing the mess and start supervising the helps to make things better. Toshiji called him fod lunch and he had it in a jiffy.
Some time later, he was busy in arrangements for the evening function when adiru came to him and said-papa, jaldi chalo. Mumma ki tabiyat khalaab ho gayi hai.
Raman -kya hua mumma ko. He asked worriedly.
Ruhi-mumma, bathloom mein wack wack kal lahi hai.
Raman -wack wack? He asked making a confused face when adi said-ohho papa jaldi chalo.
Raman gave the basket full of flowers to the help and went upstairs with adiru. He went and saw ishita wiping her face with towel. He went to her and asked-what happened ishita.
Ishita-nothing, just I throw up a little.
Raman -kamaal hai, maine kuch kiya bhi nahi. Tujhe ultiyan bhi hone lagi. He said naughtily.
Ishita glared at him and said-shut up Raman. Kuch bhi bakwaas karte hai aap. That too infront of the kids,its acidity. Kuch nahi khane ki wajah se mujhe acidity ho jaati hai. She said settling on the bed.
Raman smiled and settled beside her. He touched her forehead and said-jokes apart, I really think tumhe kuch kha lena chahiye. Tumse fast nahi ho payega. Tumhari tabiyat kharab ho rahi hai. U forehead is also little hot. Feverish bhi lag raha hai kya.
Ishita-no raman, I am OK. And I will not eat anything.
Raman -no ishita, u r not OK. Tumhari aadat nahi hai. Ho gaya bas, now u have to listen to me. Adi go and tell neelu didi to bring lime water for mumma.
Adi-ok papa. Saying so he went and after few minutes, toshiji and neelu came with a glass of lime water with some cookies.
Toshiji-ishita puttar, kya hua tumhe.
Ishita-kuch nahi mummy ji, raman zabardasti mujhe juice pilana chahte hai.
Raman -maa, she is sick. Throwing up. Aise toh kamzor ho jayegi naa.
Toshiji-raman sahi keh raha hai puttar. Have it.
Adiru-haan mumma pee lo.
Raman -have it ishita.
Ishita looked at everyone who were hell bent to break her fast and start thinking of ways to escape from this.
Ishita room the glass and said-main pee lungi, aap log jaiye.
Raman -no I don't trust u. Abhi peeyon.
Ishita-u don't trust me naa, toh jao yahin rahiye. Adi rooh, aapko mumma pe trust hai naa. Aap dono jao, mumma pee legi.
Adiru nodded and went out like obedient kids.
Ishita-aap bhi jaa kar rest kijiye mummy ji. Raman peela denge mujhe, peela denge naa raman.
Raman -yes maa, u go and rest. I will make sure that she drink this juice.
Toshiji too nodded and went out.
Raman -sab gaye, ab chalo peeo.
Ishita smiled and said keeping the glass-i am not going to break my fast. Kar lo joh karna hai.
Raman made a shocked face and said-jhoothi kahin ki, ruk main abhi maa ki bulata hoon. Saying so he was about to call Toshiji when ishita closed his mouth and said-please listen to me once before shouting. Please raman just once.
Raman signalled her to continue.
Ishita-raman this is not the first time, I am not eating. As a doctor, I skipped my meal many times and got a little sick also. But phir thik ho gayi hai. But for the first time I am fasting. U know after my break up I never thought to get married. But today when I am married to u, I am very happy with u. And keeping this fast for u is giving me immense pleasure. Please mujhe isse todne ko mat boliye, mujhe karna hai yeh aapke liye. Mujhe bhookh nahi lagi hai sach mein, I am very happy and contented coz for the first time I am doing something for my husband. Please don't make feel guilty by breaking the fast. It's my first and very special for me .please raman mujhe mat boliye, isse todne ke liye, main thik hoon. Aur agar thodi tabiyat bigad bhi gayi toh Aap ho naa mujhe sambhalne ke liye. Mere take care karne ke liye. Please don't force me. Nahi karenge naa. She said looking at him while he just nodded not able to say anything.
Ishita-toh main hataun haath, aap chillayenge toh nahi.
Raman nodded in no.
Ishita hugged him saying-thank u raman, thank u so much. Aap bahut achche hai.
Raman too hugged her tight and said closing his eyes-tum bhi sabse achchi ho.
They remained in each other's arms for some time ,after sometime raman broke the hug and said-ab tum aaram karo. I will wake u up in the evening.
Ishita nodded and lay down on the bed. Soon she slept and raman too went pecking her temple.
