Guys i think that when bihaan fell from cliff. he went to comma. and on the other hand there was a singer name Aryan in the same hospital.
Aryan needed a heart transplant immediately. So then Bihaan who got heart and went in comma (like about to die). will donate his heart to Aryan.
Bihaan Donate heart to Aryan (singer).
This way when thapki touched aryan. she had the feeling of bihaan.
