No one can exploit other person without their will. The actresses tolerated him for their own gains even after knowing his ways. The day the women started standing up for themselves he slipped into oblivion.

This is a bit akin to victim blaming. It absolves exploiters of responsibility. 

People in power have a responsibility to use their power wisely. It is human to have hopes, dreams and aspirations. It is human to want to do everything to make dreams come true. People in power should not exploit the human condition of dreaming and desiring.
