I am a very new member to this forum and to this show. I watched most of the season 1 episodes at one shot and I was really amazed at the characterization of the leads and how well they portrayed it. Dev was a flawed character from day one but the actor in the role really did a great job. Somewhere along one felt that Dev would achieve the balance between mother and wife. Sonakshi was strong and smart and she still made decisions which showed how much she needed / wanted to be in love with Dev and how she struggled to accept his mistakes and her own. The show also showed how love is not always enough to carry on in life.

All that now in the dumps. All characters are behaving like they are from Mars and that too in horrible brocade uniforms and torn jeans.The story is all over the place.

Lately I am watching this soap only because of the forum. I enjoy all the conversation that happens here. Though I am surprised at some views, I also get a chance to read some very well thought out ideas on feminism, chauvanism, some great short stories and of course lots of wild theories (specially the Khatri ones 😉)

Can you tell me why you are still watching the show?

Not watching anymore 🤣 Even the written updates I read selectively these days, like searching keywords for Bose family and that's it 🤣

And the reason is the main plot deviated long back and the story is going haywire where the leads are not able to decide what to do with their lives, the ML has become criminal and still being glorified. No redemption of the ML despite his jerk actions throughout. Nail in the coffin is making Sona Mrs. Sona Dixit without anyone acknowledging her as one 🤣 So yeah, not watching at all !

I have the same reason to watch the show that i had the day i saw the first promo.

It still interests me. And to add more to it, the entire cast is full of brilliant actors.

And the most important thing, this show was and is still way better than what all is shown on Television.

I am liking the post leap episodes more than season 1. I like the grey or the dark characters more than white ones.

So, I have no issues with this show.

It's the best series I have ever watched on Indian TV.

There are so many reasons!

Firstly if we compare our show to the other daily soaps going round on Sony tv or on any other channel, I can still relate very much and there is no OTT drama.

Secondly the dialogues, the new background, the acting and the screenplay, writing everything is so damn interesting.

Of course I miss season 1 but Season 2 is exploring different layers and I am loving the slow and steady progression of the love story as well.

Season 2 is a continuation of Season 1 but still is different and I love watching it.

I may not be able to explain the exact reason, but the story is interesting enough to get me hooked to know what happens next. I love listening to and reading stories which have the capability to make you introspect about yourself. With this serial I found the same feeling which helped me correct (or say improve) my behaviour in general towards life and people :) I try to imbibe few characteristics in myself from the different shades they show in each character.
