They were not telling about the character. It was about the actress. VO said the actress playing Ronita refused to come out of her room to rehearse the scenes with other actors because her Dupatta was not ready and the other actors had to wait for an hour for her.

Poor Khusbhoo must have been given another horrendous outfit. She probably must have felt unconfortable to come out wearing whatever was given without a dupatta. There usually is some media or people taking pics and posting in social media. If she is unconfortable, I guess it is okay. I have immense confidence in the costume designer of kuch rang to doubt the actors. Not only is the costume designer/prod unit doing horrible work and hurting our senses, they are late too. Sorry I have too much hatred for these costumes, excuse my rant.
