After having helped Hrithik Roshan and Mimoh Chakraborty, actor Salman Khan is giving a chance to all his fans to get a fit body just like him.
Sources close to Bollywood's favourite bad boy tell us that the actor has been planning this book for sometime now but now he is ready to put his pen to paper.
"The book will have all the tips that Salman has collected over the years. It will tell the reader what exercise to do when, how many times a week, what to eat… he will be giving away all the knowledge that has helped him acquire the best body in the industry," says the source.
The book is said to include dietary tips and photographs galore of the actor performing some of his most effective exercises.
"He will show the posture and angle at which the exercises should be performed. Every time Salman meets fans and industry colleagues they all ask him exercising tips so here is a book that will allow everyone to get to have a body like him," he adds.
What is interesting to note is that Sallu's announcement to write a health and fitness book comes soon after his not so good friend John Abraham announced plans to write a similar book. And Salman who has made it clear on numerous occasions that there is no love lost between the two co-stars is now making sure he let's everyone know who they should go to if they want a buff body.
In 2004, Salman was voted 7th best-looking man in the World and the best looking man in India by People Magazine. Khan has also helped train some of the biggest stars of Bollywood. His most recent student was actor Govinda in the lead up to the release of the super hit Partner and ensured the yesteryear act lost a lot of weight and became fit with regular workouts with Salman in his personal gym.
