Part 11
Zoya comes home. She starts packing her bags.
"Zoya, why are you packing your bags?" asked Asad.
"Because I am shifting back to the guest room where I lived earlier," replied Zoya.
"Why are you doing this?" asked Asad shockingly.
"Because I hate you. Since Tanveer is gone I don't need to force you to sleep with me to show that I am more important to you than her," replied Zoya.
Zoya leaves the room with her bags and goes to the guest room with Asad following her inside the room. Zoya recalled how he always said that he is marrying her just for his mother not caring even once that how she will live her entire life without love.
"Asad, why you came here now? You are concerned for your mother and sister that what they will on seeing me leaving our room and living in this room. Right?" asked Zoya.
"Its not like this, Zoya," replied Asad.
"Then what is it, Asad?" asked Zoya, "When you put that ring on my finger at the airport, you said did it for you ammi and Najma calling that engagement as fake. Then you always said that all the rituals of marriage are fake and you are doing it for them. You also always said that this marriage is fake and you are doing for them. Where am I in all this? Have you ever thought how I will live my entire life without love in this 2nd grade country away from my own country? Now you are here to tell me to come back to our room for them like always. Sorry to burst your bubble, Asad. I am living in this room only."
Asad was registering her words with a shock on his face.
"Zoya, I know I did wrong in not thinking about you but now I really love you. Please trust me. Give me one chance to prove myself," said Asad.
Zoya grabbed Asad's hand and pushed him outside the room making him land on the floor. Dilshad and Najma saw Zoya pushing Asad outside the room and was shocked.
"I don't trust you anymore, Asad. If I give you another chance then you will again take me for granted and then after some time go back your old self," shouted Zoya loudly.
"Zoya, why you pushed bhaijaan like this outside the room?" asked Najma shockingly.
"I just pushed your bhaijaan outside but this is nothing in front of what all your bhaijaan did to me. I think you forgot how he threw me out of this house many times," replied Zoya staring at her and showed them the video of Asad slapping her n her cell.
Dilshad and Najma saw the video and were shocked. They saw Asad giving Zoya a very hard backhanded slap when Zoya tried to talk with him something. They saw Zoya spinning around and getting her hand hit by a water vessel and bleeding from it while Asad just left from there without realizing his mistake and apologizing for it. Asad got up and looked what they were seeing. He was shocked as well as ashamed.
"Sorry Asad, I had to show them this video nahi to ye mujhe bahot jald iss kahaani ka villain samajhne lagenge. So they need to know that iss kahaani ka villain main nahi tum ho. (Turning to Dilshad and Najma)Do you both still want me to be in this house?" asked Zoya.
"Asad, I am so ashamed to see this. I have not raised you to raise your hand on a woman. I wish I paid more attention to your behaviours when you were growing up. If your regressive thinking and insulting people who were against your beliefs were not enough you even stooped low to hit a woman," said Dilshad sadly as tears came in her eyes.
"Bhaijaan, I never expected this from you," said Najma sadly.
"There are more things which you both don't know," said Zoya.
She told them how he pushed her against the wall, twisted her hand and strangled her while threatening to kill her as he thought she knows about him and Ayaan. She told them how he threatened to kill her on gun point while making her do stupid works. She told them how he manhandled her when she helped Asad meet Ayaan and even threatened to kill her while tearing an important paper belong to her without thinking what could be written in that paper. She told them how because of him not believing her they fell in trouble in Mangalpur and did not agreed on telling both of them due to which they could be in trouble again because of not being alert. She told them how he manhandled her very badly while threatening to kill her and even saying how a girl like her don't deserve a mother. She told them about the bhang night and how he left her alone in an isolated place morning after forgetting that she don't know every place of Bhopal just because she supported Ayaan so he don't do any foolishness and impulsiveness of getting own father punished for something he has not done. She told them more things which Asad did that they both don't know. Dilshad and Najma looked angrily at Asad after hearing everything.
"No wonder why Zoya hates you so much, bhaijaan," said Najma with anger.
"I should have really gave you few slaps in your childhood like Zoya said so that you don't turn into a jerk as you grow up," said Dilshad angrily, "I did so much wrong with Zoya for wishing you both together not forgetting how you have such an old thinking and how you always insulted her. I even faked illness so that you both get married which I did very wrong. Now I will rectify my mistake by supporting Zoya in divorce. I am now even scared to ever get you married to any woman again after Zoya leaves."
Zoya looks at Asad and says with a taunt, "Do you know why your step-sister Nikhat is suffering due to Qureshis? Its all because of your mistakes. Allah is punishing you by giving pain to Nikhat like you did to me. You always don't told me that I don't deserve a family but now your own family is angry with you, Asad Ahmed Khan."
Zoya went inside the room and closed the door as Asad kept looking at her.
"Is Nikhat really suffering because of my mistakes?" asked Asad.
"Zoya said that to hurt you because she will not leave any chance to get back at you for all those 7-8 months but I am scared that I don't suffer because of your mistakes as I am also a woman. You may truly love Zoya but she won't be able to forget about what all you did in the past so she don't want to live with you," replied Najma.
"I promised Anwar and Zeenat that we will take good care of Zoya and never let her feel lonely. Because of you, Zoya has become almost lonely with only Farhan by her side. Now what answer we will give to Anwar and Zeenat?" asked Dilshad.
Asad could not answer. He just left from there. He entered his room and was shocked to see Zoya sitting on their bed on her side and reading a magazine. His eyes then fell to the empty suitcase which was lying near her side of the cupboard. He figured out that she came her through window but can't figure out why she came here.
"Zoya, you here?" asked Asad shockingly.
"Yes Asad, I am here. I wanted to show you till what extent you hurt me. And also to show you how you hurt you own family with what you became," replied Zoya.
"Is there no chance for me?" asked Asad hopefully.
"I don't understand how to give you another chance without fearing to be taken for granted again with you back to hating me like before," replied Zoya.
Asad did not know what to say. He just lied on his side of the bed. After 10 minutes, Zoya kept the magazine at the side table and lied on the bed.
She looked at Asad and said, "I am not understanding whether to give you chance or not."
It was lunch time. DilNaj came to know that Zoya went back in Asad's room.
"Why you went back in your and bhaijaan's room?" asked Najma curiously.
"Pehle main Asad ke pyaar ke liye tarasti thi par ab Asad mujhe apne bahot kareeb paakar bhi mere pyaar ke liye tarsega," replied Zoya with a hateful smile.
(I normally update in english only but some dialogues sounds better in hindi.)
"Zoya," said Najma shockingly.
"You heard right, Najma. Main aur Asad ek hi bistar pe honge par kareeb kabhi nahi aayenge. Jab tumhe koi ladka hurt karega then you will understand," said Zoya coldly.
Najma, Dilshad and Asad are shocked with what all Zoya said. Zoya went into eating casually not caring about how they felt. After lunch, Ayaan came to meet them. After some talking with Asad, Najma and Dilshad, he brought Tanveer's topic.
"I heard about Tanveer from bhaijaan and Najma. Glad that she is gone," said Ayaan.
"I wish she was not pregnant then I would have beaten her even more badly," said Zoya.
"I would have helped you in doing that," said Najma.
Ayaan looked at Asad and Zoya and remembered how their relationship is not fine.
"How are your married life going?" asked Ayaan to them.
Zoya gave him such a look as if he uttered one of the most offensive abuse word.
"How come you are caring about our married life, Ayaan? When we met that night after you returned then didn't you told me coolly that your bhaijaan is marrying me due to compulsion(majboori) and he could never marry me as he considers me a musibat? Did you ever thought that I too deserve a normal love and married life? No. You were only concerned about your bhaijaan having to unwillingly marry me. You call yourself my friend but still never cared on how I will live with a man like your bhaijaan. As for our married life, its destination is soon going to be a divorce because I want happiness not sadness. Sirf ek baar zindagi milti hai jise main barbaad nahi karna chaahti hu," replied Zoya.
Ayaan was greatly shocked at what all she said.
"Zoya, you are going to divorce bhaijaan," said Ayaan shockingly.
"Yes Ayaan, I am going to divorce your bhaijaan," said Zoya firmly, "You are again thinking only of your bhaijaan and not thinking what is making to do this. You are a selfish friend. Not just you but no one thinks about how about my emotions."
"I hope I am not included in this no one'," said Farhan.
"No," said Zoya.
"I don't know why you hate bhaijaan," said Ayaan.
"You have a lot to know which you don't know," said Farhan.
"I think you should focus on your sister's marriage with the creep who slept with that s**t Tanveer rather than my and Asad's marriage," said Zoya.
"Zoya, its not a joke," said Asad.
"You are saying as if I said something wrong. I am just reminding him about Nikhat. I am not saying that it's a joke. Kabhi to mere baat ka galat matlab mat nikaalo," said Zoya.
"I did not meant to say that you are joking but saying that Nikhat's situation is not a joke. We need to do something to get Nikhat rid of Qureshi family," said Asad.
"Even our situation is not a joke," said Zoya.
"I think I should go," said Ayaan sensing uneasiness in the situation.
"No I am going inside otherwise it will look like that because of me you could not spend time with your 2nd family," said Zoya and went towards her room.
"Zoya is so much changed," said Ayaan.
"Situations made her change. You won't understand," said Farhan and went to his room.
"Lets talk something else," said Asad.
"Okay," said Ayaan.
Ayaan talked with them for an hour before going back to his home.
In the evening, while everyone was in the hall watching TV Razia enters the hall. Asad and Farhan looked at each other as they recalled her talk with Gaffur last night.
"What are you doing here?" asked Asad.
"I am here to tell something," replied Razia.
"You are her to tell something or insult us again?" asked Zoya bitterly.
"Zoya, I am here to talk to you only," replied Razia.
Asad and Farhan shockingly looked at each other. They don't want Razia to reveal the truth now as its not the right time. They need to stop Razia from doing so.
"You want to insult my wife again because she stood up against you last night so it hurt your ego. I will not let you insult her again," said Asad firmly.
Zoya was puzzled at Asad supporting her again like last night.
"I hope Asad don't blames me later for Razia coming here," thinks Zoya.
"I am not here to insult Zoya. Zoya, I want to tell you something," said Razia.
"I am not interesting in hearing what you say. I know women like who leave no chance in insulting people. You insulted me and called me a bazaaroo aurat during Ayaan and Humeira's engagementjust because I wear western clothes," said Zoya angrily.
"Zoya, listen to me," Razia tried to talk to her.
"Just shut up and get lost from here. I know that as usual you are here to insult us again.," shouted Zoya and threatened, "If you ever try to hurt us then I will beat you the same way I beat Tanveer then you will directly land in the hospital. Ayaan can give you details on how I beat Tanveer. So you better never mess with any of us again, Razia Siddiqui."
Razia was shocked on hearing such things from her own daughter.
"Ya Allah, what mistake I have done that you are punishing me like this by making my own daughter hate me," thinks Razia sadly and leaves the house.
Asad and Farhan smiles at each other seeing the scene of Razia getting insulted by her own daughter and relieves that Razia could not say anything to Zoya about their truth.
"I hope you don't blames me for Razia coming here just like you blamed me for Razia insulting your mother in Ayaan and Humeira's engagement," said Zoya looking at Asad.
"I think I need to hear your accusations even if don't do anything," said Asad.
"History is a witness on what I can expect from you," said Zoya and went to her room.
Asad sadly goes and sits on the bench near the pool recalling what Zoya's words some moments ago(KV too has a swimming pool in this story). Farhan comes and sits next to him.
"So we have a Devdas here," joked Farhan and laughed.
"I am trying to win her back from a week but I am unsuccessful. She hates me so much and never lets go any chance to get back at me," said Asad sadly.
"Its only 7 days that you are feeling upset when Zoe tried to be your friend from 7-8 months. Imagine how much she has felt because of you. You would have continued to hurt her if Zoe did not stood for herself after the wedding. Never hurt anyone in this way that that person has no trust in you left," said Farhan in a serious tone.
"I wish I have never come in Zoya's life but instead she met a guy like you. At least she would have been happy today and not hurt because of me," said Asad sadly.
"If Allah thinks that you are regretting for your mistakes from your heart then he will give you another chance," said Farhan and left from there while Asad looked on.
Day went by, Zoya kept on avoiding Asad while he tried hard to win her back. Farhan and Zoya continued to send blackmailing messages to Qureshis. Siddiqui family called off the alliance of Imraan and Nikhat after telling them how they hid about Imraan and Tanveer and also how they always troubled him. Nikhat slapped Imraan for fooling her and slapped him on toher cheek for never standing for her and her family. Haseena and Chand pleaded to not break the alliance but Rashid and Ayaan warned them to call police if they keep on troubling them. A week passed since Tanveer went to jail. Zoya was sitting on the garden bench after breakfast. Farhan sensed her looking lost in thoughts and sat next to her.
"Why are you lost in thoughts?" asked Farhan.
"Asad," replied Zoya.
"Why are you thinking about Asad?" asked Farhan.
"I am not understanding whether to give him another chance or divorce him," replied Zoya, "I am afraid that if I give him another chance he will hurt me again like always."
"Zoe, I think Asad is truly regretting for all his mistakes this time. I think you should give him a chance. If he misuses that chance then you should leave him," said Farhan.
"Faru, I think I should give him one chance as you are saying. Lets see if Asad really utilizes this chance or go back to his old self," said Zoya.
"All the best," said Farhan.
"I wish for the best," said Zoya.
Zoya goes to their room and sees Asad sitting on his side of the bed. She sits next to him.
"Asad, I want to talk something with you," said Zoya.
"What?" asked Asad.
"I thought of giving you a chance after thinking so much. I was thinking a lot regarding this from many days. Farhan told me some moments ago that I should give you one chance and if you hurt me again then I should leave you. I agreed with him because as I said I too was thinking about it from many days but the fear of you hurting me again always stopped me from doing so. I am giving you a chance, Asad," replied Zoya.
Asad looked at her and smiled in happiness.
"I am so happy that you gave me a chance to prove myself, Zoya. I will make sure that I never hurt you again. I want to be the reason of your smile not tears," said Asad.
"I hope jo tumne dialogue maara hai vo karke bhi dikhaana," said Zoya with a smile.
"Sure," said Asad with a smile.
"Its good that Nikhat got rid of Qureshis. There is something only I and Farhan know about Qureshis. Can I trust you enough to tell?" asked Zoya.
"Yes Zoya, you can trust me," replied Asad.
"Farhan is Imraan's paternal cousin. Mubarak aur Haseena uske chacha-chachi hai. When Farhan was 4, Mubarak, Haseena and Chandra tricked his parents into naming all their properties in their names and then killed them. They would have killed Farhan too if that 4 year old innocent kid has not run away. That time Qureshis lived in New York. After killing Farhan's parents, they shifted to Bhopal," said Zoya and told him how she came to know that Farhan's parents murderers are the same Qureshis whom Nikhat got rid of.
Asad was shocked at what all Zoya said.
"I am helping Farhan in taking revenge against the Qureshis as a friend. Can you help us too if you are willing to do so?" asked Zoya, "We will not force you for this."
"I am with both of you, Zoya. I will help in getting Farhan and his parents justice. No one deserves to go through what he went through," replied Asad.
"I am happy that you are helping us," said Zoya.
"For now, we have to do one important thing," said Asad.
"What?" asked Zoya.
"Throwing out Qureshis from your house," replied Asad.
"Mine?" asked Zoya confusingly.
"Yes yours as I put the house in your name," replied Asad.
"Why you did that?" asked Zoya.
"If you divorced me it would have been one of your alimony but since you gave me a chance consider it as one of my gifts. We will decorate that house again as we want," replied Asad.
Zoya smiled at this.
Scene shifts to Qureshis sitting in the hall of their so-called new house. Asad and Zoya enters the hall. Qureshis stand up and greet them. Asad and Zoya greet them back.
"How come you remembered us?" asked Haseena with a smile.
"We came here to do our work," replied.
"What work?" asked Mubarak.
"All of you pack your things and leave the house. You have only half an hour," replied Zoya.
"What nonsense?" asked Chand shockingly, "How can you tell us to leave our own house?"
"Looks like you forgot that I have still not named the house in your name," replied Asad.
"In fact, Asad name this house in my name as a gift to me," said Zoya.
Qureshis are shocked on hearing this.
"Stop just looking and do as we said otherwise you all will spend your entire life in jail for asking this house as a dowry and harassing Nikhat and her family," warned Asad.
Qureshis got scared and stood up. They quickly went to their respective rooms.
"We need to disinfect this house due to these dirty insects," said Asad.
"Yes, we have to," agreed Zoya.
Within half an hour, Mubarak, Haseena, Chand and Imraan came in the hall with their packed things. They were unhappy at being forced to leave this house.
"Good that you did what we said," said Zoya with a smirk.
"They have to do what we said if they don't want to go to jail," said Asad with a smirk.
"Now, leave and don't ever come here again," said Asad firmly.
The Qureshis left the house in their cars. Asad and Zoya too left for their home.
The Qureshis opened the door of their old house and entered the hall. They were shocked to see WE WILL BE BACK FOR REVENGE' written in blood red colour all over the walls of the hall. They panicked seeing the message written all over the wall many times.
A hooded figure was watching them from the window who was none other than Farhan. He had entered the house through window and written them with red spray paint.
"How can they be alive?" asked Haseena shockingly.
"I think their ghosts came back to take revenge on us," replied Chand shockingly.
Farhan smiled happily and left from there.
Scene shifts to Farhan telling Asad and Zoya in their room what he did with Qureshis.
"I wish we both too would have seen their faces," said Zoya.
"We need to think further on what more to do with them," said Asad.
"I got an idea," said Farhan.
"What idea?" asked Zoya.
Farhan tells them something(mute to the readers) making Asad and Zoya smile.
"It's a brilliant idea," said Asad with a smile.
Precap: #The Qureshis hear some noises and follows the noise to the garden. As they walk in the garden a cage came over them from the air and trapped them inside it. Qureshis were shocked to find themselves trapped. They were further shocked when 2 people covered in shawl approached them and told them that they are back for revenge.
#Asad and Zoya become more closer day by day leading to their consummation a month after their marriage and 2 weeks after their reconciliation.
#Zoya saves Nikhat whose clothes were torn and was running from Imraan. She takes her to SM in her car and tells everyone to take care of Nikhat and file a complaint against Imraan. GaZia are happy and proud that their daughter saved Nikhat.
A/N: Zoya had mixed emotions in this part. She finally decided to give Asad a chance which he will surely utilize😊. So Asad and Zoya are together for now😃. I loved Zoya's dialogues especially the ones she said to Dilshad, Najma and Ayaan. Its not easy for anyone to forget what they went through and just easily forgive like Gul and Tewary brothers shows in their shows. Zoya went back to bedroom because she had a feeling that Asad has truly realized his mistakes but feared that he will hurt her again. She said those those pyaar, kareeb, bistar lines to Najma as an excuse to hide her emotions from others. Zoya insulting and even threatening to beat Razia was Razia's karma for her bad deeds. She snatched Heeba's mother and always insulted Asad and Najma's mother so she is being hated by her own daughter. The most funny sentence of this part for me was "Ya Allah, what mistake I have done that you are punishing me like this by making my own daughter hate me," thinks Razia sadly and leaves the house. Its like either Razia is really naive or pretending to be naive😆.
