raman reach home and is thinking about how to say it to ishita about his going
he is stressed as he wants to be with her in this time
aww ishu understood that raman is stressed only by listening to his heartbeat so romantic
raman told her about his visit for two days bit didn't tell her about shagun
ishita assures him that its alright and she will take of herself
raman and amma went to Dubai and comes to know that shagun husband had died and she is in serious condition and had a premature baby
raman and amma live their for two days and then raman wants to go back to ishita so decided to take shagun and her child to India
raman arranged everything and left them with amma
he came back all tired and ishita noticed that so didn't stress him and let him rest
raman wants to inform everything to ishita but amma denied saying its not good for her to have tension
days start passing and raman is busy with his responsibilities towards work and amma and in between all this he is not able to give ishita much time
ishita is happy seeing her baby bump visible and wants to share with raman bit he goes away as amma called him
ishita is sad and feels that raman is drifting apart from her and cries
raman came back home and sees ishita in her vulnerable position sleeping and feels sad and apologize to her sleeping form and told her to trust him and sleeps
ishita was actually woken up and gets determined to trust him
raman told amma that now ishita is in her last stage of pregnancy and he have to be with her no matter what
amma understood his position and agrees
slowly time passes and ishita is happy getting raman time back
shagun condition gets worst and doctor told about her coming to conscious and amma and raman went to meet her and told her about her baby
same time ishita gets labour pain and is admitted in same hospital and Mr bhalla sees raman their and told raman about ishita and he rush towards her
finally they became parents and had a baby girl and rejoices and then raman shares with ishita all the things
shagun died and ishra gets the responsibility of her baby too
will wait for epilogue

PS I just don't have a idea that you will end the story after such a teaser
