It's not the same time and he is not the same akshay , now he has paisa , power and influence . He has already thanked and accepted it i think.

He should absolutely keep it. He deserved it.

He wasn't that bad or undeserving... I have seen SRK taking award for practically doing nothing... under different names and categories.. this is not that bad at all..
