I feel vindicated. What I said last year...ab saara India bol raha hain.

MB not winning BA is still painful. I love Akshay, he deserves recognition yes. But that BA belonged to MB. I cannot cannot cannot get over it. Like really cannot digest.

Priyadarshan became defensive and that was a bad move. Akki's win was not so out of box considering he does patriotic movie that NA loves and he had 2 such performances in a year. Yes, Manoj / Aamir were more deserving but NA is made up of juries. And they can be biased. But to say Manoj was 8th in line was so wrong. Homosexuality and issues they face in social settings are real. The issues can't be swept under carpet.

Priyadarshan made the whole award hilarious with his acrobatic style of defense. And by giving out news that Aish was mm close to getting best actress award for one of the worst OTT performance in Hindi cinema (even by OTT loving Hindi cinema standard). 😆
