Shirish geared up for Daddyhood

"He has bought so many things. There is no place left anymore. But Shirish is a very private person and you won't find him discussing it at all. From clothes to toys Shirish has been picking up everything that he lays his eyes on," says a source.

The director is a big gadget freak and is already set to buy the latest electronic equipments for his tiny tots.

"It's quite funny really. Shirish will call Farah from different departmental stores telling her that he has seen the latest music player or computer and if he can get it for the kids. And Farah will laughingly have to calm him down saying that its going to be quite a few years before any of the three will be able to use all these gadgets," the source says.

And from what the source tells us it's not just the young daddy who is excited about the arrival. Farah's friends Gauri Khan, Shah Rukh Khan and Karan Johar are as excited.

"Gauri and Farah have planned a baby shower for Farah. Sometime back Farah's mum had arranged a get together for all the ladies over high tea at Farah's Lokhandwala home where they all gifted the mum to be gifts for her and her triplets. But Tuesday's do is going to be much bigger. All their close friends and other mums in the industry are a part of the guest list."

Shah Rukh and Karan have shopped for Farah all over the world. From SRK's specially ordered custom pram to Karan's designer outfits from only the best baby stores everything will be gifted to Farah at the baby shower.

We got in touch with Shirish Kunder about the plans for the baby shower but as usual the director was very tight lipped about his personal life. "Yes there is a shower but I am not very comfortable discussing it. It's a very special moment for Farah and me," was the only thing Kunder was ready to say.
