Wow... Fazi, I love the way you put it... How deep are your thoughts... its really great.. wonderful to see such emotions running through somebody... there's still hope left in the world... as long as people who are as emotional as you are left... I wish i could also live in a simple environment like those people....so much genuine love and affection all around....watching them....it relieves me of the realities..such a materialistic competitive world around....would do anything to swap...but then again like they say the grass is always greener on the other side!!!!
Talking of Urmi sandeep..their chracters....sandeeps character reminds me of a man i know...and just like sandeep he is shy yet arrogant...confident yet doesent think hes good enough...so much ego....infact i feel sandeeps character has been very realistically portrayed and it only reaffirms how great a mans ego can be!!!!! very well shown...having said that..i do also believe they have shown that side of him enough..and now we need to see this move forward!!!!!

but this show overall reminds me of the society I used to live in pune. It was a lil different I guess. being a bigger city and all.. but still very similar..

and yes, as sonia said it wasnt as picture perfect as shown in serial, but beleive me, it was still pretty similar... where u can find anyone in anyones home at anytime. doors open most of the time.. kids playing on ground.. everthing discussed as its an issue of a whole moholla, a colony stuffed with riddiculous variety of charactors.. 😆 😆

.. u cannot imagine how very similar some of the things shown in the show hv actually happend in our building. ..for instance, I actually remember the whole all 'chaabi's-inside-house drama happening (more than once) and once ppl's attempts to get the keys from inside the house, whats with the combined use of sticks and hooks and magnets.. 😆

Yes my dear!! Indeed it is a different world out here....Inspite of all the attraction..Nothing like home in India...the traditions the culture infact if at all my roots have become stronger living here....and afcourse Thankgod for cable TV, Star plus etc...and Aek Chabhi.....

ya i was a big fan of sanjivani for abt a year till jassi came along. i dont watch dmg though i have heard its a fun show.

as for the chai i feel so sorry for sandy. i just cannot eat hot stuff. and sandy had 2 tablespoons of chilli powder mixed with boiling water. a potent mixture that would have landed me in the hospital. i wonder how come rasik or sandy couldnt make out there was chilli powder in tea. after the tea also would have turned red with so much chilli powder.
