Roli was not getting sleep...

She looked at Siddhant who was sleeping on her shoulder wrapping his hand around her...

Whatever truth they came to know about Siddhant missing days were really shocking...

He lost his parents... 

Their biz is down...

Though all these are shocking... she was in a way happy that there is no one else other than Roli on his life...

It doesn't seems like he got such thing in those 5 months...

Of course there are no chance when he was in grief of his parents death and about his biz tension...

She thank God for giving that relief of breathe to her...

Now after thanking for making Siddhant completely hers... its time to think of how to come out of difficulty...

Loss of parents is not something which can be reversed and that need to be handled... 

And Siddhant is ok now than the state he was when he heard it...

But now the issue which need to be sorted is biz...

When the biz was going very well. then what might have happened to go down as her father said...

Is it real or its her father thought to stop her in getting married to Siddhant...

Anyway.. its not going to be a secret for long...

Roli decided to go to office the next day to know the truth about the condition of biz...

Once that is known.. then only steps need to be taken to come out of the problem can be taken...

Roli felt relaxed after clarifying herself what is to be done...

She went near his head and kissed...

She tighten her grip around him and closed her eyes...

Roli got up in the morning...

Now Siddhant was on the pillow while she was on his shoulder...

She went near his face & kissed...

Then got up to get fresh up..

Now she need cloth to change...

She think for a while...

She went to other room and open the wardrobe...

It seems to be his parents and there were so many sarees inside the wardrobe...

She took one of them and went to take bath...

She came out wearing that saree...

When she was combing her hair.. Siddhant wake up...

He looked at Roli and found her in his mother saree...

Siddhant; Mom..

He called out seeing the saree...

Roli turned towards Siddhant...

Roli; Siddhant.. i am sorry.. i dont know whether it is ok for you to wear mom's saree.. but as i dont have another dress.. i.. i am really sorry...

Sdidhant; Roli.. what are you talking???  you know i feel very happy to see you in my mom saree...

Roli with a smile went near him...

She kissed on his forehead...

Siddhant; Oye Roli... i agree you wear mom saree.. but not kiss like mom... instead kiss like a wife...

Roli with a blush moved towards his lips...

After a while... when their lips moved apart...

Roli: Siddhant... fresh up and get ready.. in the meantime.. i will make food...

Siddhant; Get ready...

Roli; Yes.. we are going to office today...

Siddhant; Ok Roli...

When Siddhant tried to get down...

Roli hold him and bring to bathroom...

Then arranged stool to sit and keep his leg...

Roli; But take care of your leg ok.. dont be careless and make it wet...

Roli was about to go out of room while Siddhant hold her hand...

He pulled her towards him and wrapped his hand around her...

Siddhant; Roli... you were not ready to give bath when we were lovers.. now you can right...

Roli; no.. i cant...

Siddhant; But why...

Roli; Though i am wife.. but still we are as lovers.. thats why...

She said with a wink and rushed outside the bathroom...

Siddhant with a smile strated taking bath...

Roli & Siddhant had breakfast and went to office...

All office staffs were surprised seeing Siddhant after these many days...

That too coming with a girl...

Siddhant rushed inside the MD Cabin... with Roli...

Siddhant called Manager to his cabin...

Manager looked at Roli & Siddhant...

He was wondering who she is and why she came with Siddhant...

Manager; Sir..  what happened to you.. what is that bandage on your leg...

Siddhant; I meet with accident and got mild crack on the leg.. nothing else...

Manager: where you went Sir.. you know i was worried for you and our further steps to be taken in the company...

Siddhant; Which further steps you are talking about???

Manager: Like giving salaries.. handling the payments... I was wondering what to do as you went missing... i am unable to answer our creditors...

Siddhant; I am sorry.. i was not suppose to leave like that and go.. but what to do.. when i myself was not knowing any of these...

Manager: What are you talking Sir??? you very well know our company position and the losses we faced...

Siddhant; No.. i am suffering from memory loss...

Manager; What???

Siddhant: Yes.. in the accident i lost memory of last few months.. i just return yesterday and thro others i came to know about my parents death itself and about the family condition.. thats why i came to office today...

Manager; OMG... You dont remember anything.. then how we can handle..

Roli interruptted...

Roli; Sorry to talk in the middle when you both were talking.. i agree.. its bad that he lost his memory.. but that doesn't mean that it cant be handled.. lets discuss and do whatever needed...

Manager; Sorry to say this.. but i dont recognize who you are...

Siddhant; Sorry.. i missed to introduce.. She is Roli.. my wife.. we just got married yesterday...

Manager; Oh.. COngrats Sir...

Siddhant; Thanks...  As Roli said.. lets discuss and decide whatever we can...

Manager: But the problem is huge.. its not easy to handle in current position...  As mam dont know about the exact status.. she is telling that it can be handled...

Roli; I am sorry again.. i dont think anything as cant be handled... i believe we can... i know management too.. i was about to take care of our company... i did special courses in handling biz...

Manager: Which company is yours...

Roli: Divedi industries...

Manager: What???

He was shocked...

Roli: Yes.. Its Divedi industries.. i am surprised to see you shocked...

Manager: I am sorry mam.. they are our competitor and whatever position we are in today is because of them...

Roli: May be they are competitor.. so what... let handle efficiently and get biz...

Manager: You mean.. you will work against your own company...

Roli: That is no more my company.. i am now married to Siddhant and now i am wife of MD of Bharatwaj industries.. hope you understand...

Manager: Ok Mam.. Sorry...

Roli: Now can you explain the problems here...

Manager started explaining the problems to Roli & Siddhant...

Roli & Siddhant heard everything told by him...

Siddhant: OMG.. these many problems.. we got no money.. no biz while we got so many creditors to be paid... how can we handle this...

Manager: This was the position which went above head and you went disappear..

Siddhant; oh.. i am really sorry... i can understand what your position might have been...

When Siddhant & Manager were talking about the problem...

Roli think for a while...

Roli: Can you please arrange meeting with all creditors & then with the bank...

Manager; Sure mam...

Manager went out and told all the creditors to meet before noon and took appointment with bank afternoon...

Manager told about the meeting arrangement to Roli & Siddhant...

Roli looked at Siddhant..

Roli: Siddhant.. now we know what our position is...

Siddhant; Yes...

Roli: Now we are in crucial position and we need to ask bank for the way to come out...

Siddhant; I agree...

Roli: Lets ask time with all creditors.. then ask bank for the way to come out with some sort of loan or something like that...

Siddhant; ok.. good idea...

Roli: Siddhant.. whatever phase we are going to cross now is very crucial.. wish we come out successful...

Siddhant; I believe we can when you are with me Roli...

He said holding her hand...

Roli smiled...

Creditors meeting...

All assembled in the conference room of Bharatwaj industries...

Meeting started...

Siddhant; Welcome to all... i have got the list with me for the amount we need to pay to all of you... in this file...

He showed the file...

Siddhant; I called you everyone to just request to give us some time to settle that amount...

Creditor: Some more time.. are you kidding!!! do you remember you conducted this like meeting already & asked for time.. but what happened.. did you managed to settle.. then why called for meeting again...

Siddhant; Please understand... without giving sometime.. it becomes very difficult to settle it...

Creditor2: No.. we cant wait anymore.. we already wait for months...

Creditor3; Not only that.. for even making payment to us.. you need to have money.. which you dont have right now is well known to us...

Creditor4: How he can even get money when none of the biz is with him... 

One by one almost all creditors started giving such comments only...

Siddhant looked at Roli...

Roli expressed.. she will handle...

She got up from the chair and came in front of everyone and stood beside Siddhnat...

Roli; Siddhant.. i will handle this.. you please sit. you should not strain your leg...

Siddhant sat on the chair...

All were wondering who she is...

Roli; Let me introduce myself.. i am Mrs. Bharatwaj... Roli Siddhant bharatwaj...

Creditors looked at each other...

Roli; Yes.. we got married and i am her legal wife...

Creditors; Oh ok.. Congrats...

Roli: Thanks... now coming to the point...

All looked at her what she is going to talk...

Roli: I can very well understand all your concern.. yes we agree.. we dont have money.. yes we agree we dont have biz which we were handling earlier.. but at the same time...

Roli gave sharp look at everyone..

Roli; You all know right.. Mr. Rajender Bharatwaj who was handling the company died in an accident...

Creditors; Yes we know...

Roli; SO now just very shortly Mr. Siddhant have taken charge & he need time to get into the job and get it done...

Creditor: But we dont see any positivity. thats the problem...

Roli: You will see it is what i wish to tell...

Creditor: How can we believe... what miracle will happen now...

Roli; Miracle will happen.. we are going to work out on that only.. trust us...

Creditor; We dont think there is any use of waiting any more...

Roli; Ok.. let me talk to you all frankly.. what you will do when we dont have any money and we cant give...

Creditor: We will go to court...

Roli: What court will do .. are they going to settle tomorrow...

Creditor; Of course there is procedure and it takes time...

Roli: That same time only we are asking... Instead of going to court and waste our time in court instead of biz.. let us do the biz and we will handle it...

Creditor; How long you wish to take...

Roli: Atleast 3 months.. from 4th month we assure to start repayment.. If small amount immediate.. if the amount is huge.. then it may be settle by 3 or 4 installments...

Creditor; What is guarantee that you will pay as per said now...

Roli; We have prepared a papers with what i have told.. 

Roli looked at manager...

Roli; Please give to everyone...

Manager gave their respective papers to all...

Roli; In those papers.. you can clearly see in which month we can settle what... 

Creditors looked into the paper & agreed...

Roli: We sincerely give this last chance.. and in that paper itself we have mentioned if we fail.. you can proceed legally.. and you all are welcome to do that...

All agreed and went from there...

Roli & Siddhant had lunch and went to bank for meeting bankers...

Bank Manager; Mr Siddhant.. whatever option is there we have told you already.. i dont know why you called for meeting again...

Roli; Sir.. its me who wanted to have meeting.. I am his wife...

Bank Manager: Oh ok.. Mam.. we told already...

Roli: Why cant you tell me once again what was the option you told...

Bank Manager; Its pledging your house to get the loan...

Siddhant; No..i cant agree.. Even my father never did that...

Bank Manager: This is the only option you are left with which we already clarified during our last meet itself.. so if you are not interested.. we cant do anything about it.. sorry...

Bank Manager went from the meeting...

Roli & Siddhant return home...

Siddhant was tensed...

Siddhant; Roli.. you commited to everyone that we will settle their payments.. while banker is asking for this house.. i wont do it...

ROli: Siddhant.. relax.. just relax...

Siddhant; How can i Roli??? how can i??? 

Roli; Siddhant.. nothing can be understood if you are so tensed.. i can understand.. this is bad.. but not worst option too...

Siddhant; What do you mean...

Roli; Why you feel pledging this house is bad...

Siddhant; How can i Roli??? you know how much my parents have emotion in this.. even my father never used it even for security all these days..

Roli; Siddhant... Even the company is something which came in your father hardship right...

Siddhant; Thats right...

Roli: Then how can we let the company go... Understand the reality.. if we dont do this.. neither we can proceed with the biz nor we can settle the creditors amount.. then you know what happens...

Siddhant; What???

Roli; They will go to court.. and court ultimately ask your properties to settle the debts where this house will go just like that into their custody...

Siddhant: no.. i cant allow that...

Roli: With that only we will loss this house.. now we are only going to take loan with this property... as soon as the biz boom up we can take back the document after we once settle our loans.. you understand...

Siddhant nod his head as acceptance...

Roli; Siddhant... i know you are not kid to not understand this... you are emotionally affected by your parents death and all these losses... and feel only this house is left now which you dont want to lose right...

Siddhant; yes Roli...

Roli; I promise Siddhant.. i will never let this house go from your hands... never.. you trust me...

Siddhant nod his head as acceptance and hug Roli tightly...
