I think Bala requested the inspector to cook up the story of new CCTV footage from diff angle .
I'm doubting bala's intentions.
He is instigating ishu against Raman.
I was just wondering if Bala should bring some raina for his children immediately as vandu is no more.
A repeat of what Raman did post ishu' s death(supposed).
