Bollywood is something big, but let's be honest not many TV actors have made there (even Prachi Desai n Rajeev khandelwal are 1 or 2 movie wonders) however there is a big exception Shahruk Khan n to some extent Gracy Singh

However it's still not known if he has got a lead role there or a supporting one (I doubt it would be a lead to be honest if this is actually a big banner movie) so let's see

Whatever he decides, I wish he has a backup to fall onto and he believes that it is the best course of action for him personally. He has the talent and potiential to make it to the movies, but it is very risky to venture into it by giving up everything else, especially since he has already seen how big PH names do not necessarily mean you get appreciated for your worth.

Dude u forgot sushant singh rajput!!! He has done really well in last year!! Honestly, form a career perspective if Lee feels that this is not taking anywhere even though it wouldn't be the same but I would say- fair decision.

TV pe projects milna bhi itna easy nhi hota hai, there is a lot of competition, and whether you accept or not IB was Lee's biggest break

Yes I forgot Sushant singh Rajput

Why exactly does he need a back-up show or project he can fall into after quitting this, though? If he is unhappy with IB/DBO, that's a pretty good reason to quit - it's, let's be honest, not worth it to force yourself to do something you don't enjoy even one bit, especially since you have been kind of cheated. Besides, it's not like Lee is uneducated or anything, quite the opposite actually, so even if he has no other show ready, atm, he could do other things in the meantime, work or something, until he bags another role. His choice, really.

IB was his break, no doubt there. Yet, it was also IB which cheated him, too, and never gave him his due. Quitting is a very sensible decision on his part - wish him all the best for the future, whatever he does! 😆

And yes, he did confirm that he is quitting, apparently.

There is too much of nepotism in Bollywood, so it's very difficult for outsiders to get work. But I think Lee has got a very good experience with IB, that how things work in the entertainment industry. Clearly, talent isn't enough and u need to have connections in any field of work. Hope he took the decision on that basis only. I'm sure he must be having a backup or might be having connections in BW?? who knows?? People learn alot from their experiences.

Bleh, just realized I sounded like such an Aunty there 😆

Back up elsewhere NOT on IB or DBO. Like keep giving auditions and new stuff even after movie is done. Thats what I meant.

Okay. So his character has exited the show already then 😳
