A lot of theories have been going when it comes to people their actions when consumed bhaang or alcohol.Right now I would mention two theories

i) Some people under the consumption of alcohol they start behaving like animals.There was pandit who was Lord hamunan s worshipper who never touched alcohol nor ever had se* but one night he was left in room with no option of moving out. There was one girl in room along with alcohol 😆 The obvious thing he ended up doing is drinking alcohol and then s**. This is short summary of the story.

So the behaviour ur going to display is unpredictable. If u go by this then people after getting intoxicated no matter how Saint they are they can do anything.

ii) Now the next theory which is going on the forum is that people get unmasked once heavily intoxicated. Now this is also true. Dont know whether it works the same for all. Let's consider this as true.

So what saanjh and arjun did makes them characterless individuals?

Saanjh always loved arjun before maya entered his life. Once ArYa were together she never thought of getting arjun. But u can't just forget someone who u loved for years. When u r intoxicated, when ur conscious mind isn't telling u because it's not in a condition to tell u right and wrong. How will she stop herself and realise that she shouldn't dance like this. So how does that make her characterless? It doesn't.

Now the most confusing part comes that is arjun s dance with saanjh. Why does he do like that? He is suppose to be doing that with maya isn't it?

Now here there could be two possibilities

i) For arjun it's very usual to hug saanjh. They never had any awkwardness between them when it comes to hugging and dancing. So when he was under influence of bhaang, he just overdid it. Masti mein extra ho gaya.

ii) If u notice arjun he always said saanjh has always have to be there for him and he never let's her go despite knowing the truth that she loves him. So subconsciously arjun never wants saanjh to move on. So he has a unrealised emotion for saanjh which he needs to let go.

Now I don't think this makes him cheater. No because once he is back to senses he will be back to maya.

Copy pasting my comment on a different thread here. I am not sure how people are able to justify either sides totally. Arjun and Sanj was wrong but after that what Maya did was even a bigger wrong.two wrongs don't make it right.

Sanj and Arjun's PDA in front of Maya was very inappropriate. Sanj has to let go of sanj arjun holi traditions and let Maya Arjun build new ones as a couple. it was very wrong of Sanj to apply colrs on Arjun first. Same with Arjun, it was his responsibility to stop Sanj and tell her to wait till he applies color to Maya. Any wife would feel insulted and rejected by how they both ignore Maya's existence. At the same time the way Maya dealt with it is really really really wrong. If maya was normal she would directly confront both Arjun and Sanj. If Arjun loves Maya he has to respect how Maya feels and Sanj would definitely realize her mistakes and she has to respect the fact that Arun and maya are married now and she needs to not cross her boundaries. But Maya manipulates, give them spiked drink to use Suman to stop Sanj. Maya's ability to predict how people would react to her manipulations is awesome. Sanj and Ajun did exactly what she wanted them to do and same with Suman. It is like Maya directed the whole scene and Sanj, Arjun and Suman enacted their specific roles. I don't blame Sanj Arjun for their actions after drinking the bhang, that was Maya's doing but everything they did till that point was their mistake.
