Saying so with a hint of urgency the moved towards each other and pressed their lips together. Not willing to leave each other as if their life depended on that one kiss. Dev lifted Sona up in bridal style still not letting go of that kiss. They moved towards the bedroom in the farmhouse where just a few hours back Dev had broken all relations with his mother Ishwari since she tried separating him and his Sona due to her insecurities.
He called his lawyer and asked him to divide his property in the name of his sisters and mother and naming the company in the name of Vicky.
They decided to stay at the farmhouse for the night and leave the country the next day.
Dev had asked Ria to pack all his stuff and send it to the Bose household. On the other hand Saurav and Asha packed Sona's stuff.
Dev had also expalained the situation to Tina, who was now his close friend and asked her to book 2 tickets to USA where he had decided to establish Sona's company.
But Tina, not willing to work under Vicky told Dev that she will come along with them. After some persuasion from Sona and Tina he allowed her to come along with them.
After a long day of emotional exhaustion Dev slept peacefully in the arms of his loved one who would be by his side no matter what.
The Next Day arrived and Devakshi along with Tina left for the USA. Dev already owned a 2-bhk flat in USA. They stayed in that flat and Tina decided to stay somewhere else but Dev told her that once they establish the company she can shift to the company quarters.
After a good 3 years Sona and Dev were parents of 2 year old twins, Devansh and Diksha.
One Fine Day, Dev gets a call from an unknown number.
"Hello. May I know who is speaking"
"Dev Bhai?" a devasted Ria spoke.
"Ria? Kya hua tu ro kyon rahi hai?" a tensed Dev asked his younger sister
"bhai voh maa..." Ria spoke trying to control her tears.
"kya hua unhe?" an emotionless Dev asked.
"voh bhai maa ka aaj dihanth ho gaya hai" Ria spoke no longer to control her self.
"main aata hoon" Dev said just to fulfill his duties as a son.
Dev and Sona along with their twins left for India the next day and returned a week later. Dev being the caring husband and possessive father he was did not want his Sona and children be around his mami.
Soon Ria and Nikki joined Dev and Sona in USA after realising what a cunning lady their mami was.
Radha rani was happy having the Dixit mansion whereas Elena divorced Vicky soon after Dev and Sona left for USA 3 years ago. She was now staying in USA along with her husband Jatin and was heavily pregnant but happy in her life.
Saurav got married to Ronita Mandal and shifted his base to USA to stay near his sisters along with Bijoy, Asha and his Daadi. And everyone lived happily ever after.
