PART - 2

At the Bose Mansion,

Sonakshi was getting ready to Univ and prayed to God that she shouldn't meet dev as soon as she reaches clg. As she is not ready to face him, she purposely wanted to extend the time in getting ready making excuses. That's when Elena came running in and hugged her from behind.

Elena (Excited): ehhheeehheee Sona Sona Sona!

Sonakshi rolled her eyes and said: Elena ki bhachi! Kya hua? And leave me..(she revealed herself from the hug and faced her)

Elena (pulling sona's cheeks): awww sona tum itni cute ho! And haan, chalo jaldi.. let's go to Univ. We might be late to class today! (And started pulling sona out)

Sonakshi was surprised. They still have 2 more hrs left for 10 am lecture and here she's hurrying her up!

Sonakshi: Ek.. min.. Ek min Elena? 'Tum teek ho?

She stopped Elena and checked her forehead. Elena stared at her with her brows up!

Elena (with arms folded): kya Matlab hai sona?

Sonakshi: You seem not to be urself today. Are u fine? (She said with brows up in an amused look. But seeing the glares from elena, she continued) I mean ki elena, its so early for univ and our classes r at 10. why r u so hurried? Kuch kaam hai kya? We still have time.. we can go aram se! (And she gave a meeky smile)

Elena made faces and asked: Sona! Now I should check u up. Coz u r not urself and not me!

Sonakshi: Excuse me!

Elena: I mean, a nerd like you, who sticks to book all time and punctual to classes, wants to go late! Isn't this obviously that something is wrong?

Sonakshi's expression changed thinking of the reason why she wants to go late. Seeing this, Elena started pulling her leg.

Elena: oh ho!! Kya chupa rahe ho? Koi aaj tume special karwane wale hai kya? aur tume chupan chupa khel na jaate ho kya? (She playfully hitted her shoulders with hers and winked)

Hearing to the word 'special', -Sonakshi started thinking abt Dev. His rose, chocolates, teddys,, already all these made her feel extra special. She started smiling. Though Sonakshi isn't a type of girl, who likes chessy stuffs. But she felt special with simple gestures.,coz nobody else did anything or made her feel the ultimate like dev did.

Elena looked at suspiciously, waving her hand in-front of her. Sonakshi snapped outta her thoughts and tried to divert elena.

Sonakshi(Stammering): wh..what? koi special nahi hai and are you the same Elena, whom i know for ages? Normally u r the one who wants to go late and ditch classes. Suddenly what happened? you wanna go early today ma'am?

Elena(lil surprised): Sona Woh.. wait! Sona tume sach me nahi pata ki aaj kya hai?

Sonakshi: Nope. Aur main jana Bhi nahi chati hoon! Bas ab nikal!

Sonakshi was clearly disinterested, not bcoz of Elena but bcoz of her Dimag! She just wanted to remove the topics that remind her of Dev. Elena smirked to pull her leg all along and clear the cafe incident of yesterday.

Elena thought to herself (ST): So Sona doesnt know what's today and Elee u r in the right track baby! It's going just as u planned! Sona herself gave me a good chance to find out what's keeping her mind occupied. And above all, over the cafe scene where she gave a jealous look seeing dev, I must dig it out! (Elena would be happy, if it turns out true. Otherwise she won't leave her sis's side)

Sonakshi: Hello where are you lost ma'am?

Elena came out of her thinking and said: Nothing Sonu!!

She gave an expression smiling widely, making Sonakshi roll her eyes a bit!

Sonakshi: Elena, Tumeee!

'Ms.Bose.. phir wahi tume tume. Aap baar baar bengali mei baat karna kaam kijiye. Mujhe samjne mei thodi der lagte hai'.

Suddenly she got the flashes of Dev, who always struggled with her 'tume tume'. Nothing but her own heart went against her mind and she smiled against all odds. But Her smile started fading, when her mind flashed 'He is your Best friend and he is doing all these out of friendship. But You are taking it wrong as out of 'The new found odd''. To avoid the awkwardness infront of her sister, she barged out of her room to univ. She couldn't stand the unknown feelings, that's playing wit her. And Elena followed her without speaking anything.

At the Dixit Mansion,

Vicky: yea hasso.. laugh harder! I ain't gonna give u any idea.. laugh!(Suddenly dev stopped laughing and stared at vicky)

Vicky: Bhai I got an idea, but i dont know how far u can cope up with this.

Dev wasn't sure of what he'll be upto but agreed: Whatever it maybe, I'll try.

Vicky: Take a day off!!

Dev shot at him confused: What?! Are u out of your mind Vicky? You know na, I've planned to confess my feelings to Sonakshi and you r asking me to...

Vicky cuts him in mid and continues: Relax Dev. Just listen to my plan(He mumbled something in his ears and signed a Thumps Up!)

Hearing to him, Dev literally jumped from the bed, his eyes shot wide open and his head shook profusely in disapproval .

Dev: No.. No..No..No..

Vicky: This is our only chance. U CAN'T directly go, stand infront of Sonakshi and confess that You love her. You seriously need to give this idea a shot man! There are chances, if she doesn't have feelings for you..sh.. she might end up rejecting a great human as a partner for her. But we can clearly see Sonakshi fighting feelings, when she sees u talking, flirting, dancing and sporting with other girls. Just think once, u really need to stay away from her and pave her a way to clear the doubts she's going through! If u execute my idea, u can make her realise much more which obviously would make her happy and U happy.

(Vicky was totally surprised at the way he's actually playing a Cupid by his words!)

Vicky: Whoa! Look at me man.! you just made an Unromantic, Disinterested guy into talking Chessy typical man. And Just think, what if, it would've done to Sonakshi right now. You successfully changed Vicky into this and why not make her value her feelings. (He still saw an confusion in dev's expression. So he provoked him by being harsh) BUT it's Your damn wish to make this stupid day, whatever and however the way you want it to go! I don't care!! OR just leave all this chakkar vakkar chesein and focus on the pinnacle of ur life's success!

Dev stared at him for calling it a STUPID day. In his heart, Dev knows about his brother-cum-childhood best friend. The one who was there with him always and will be there with him forever. But one thing was hitting him hard. That is, Vicky never believes in relationships and so he talks this way! And what abt him?! He too was the same, wasn't he?

Dev: See Vicky, Even i was like you never believed in this valentine's day and love, but suddenly what happened to me. From the day Sonakshi came in my life, it had always been the most colourful part of my lonely life. When Mom and Dad were busy in business, she as my bestfriend was always there to fill the part. Though now I feel the different way around her, She is still the same Khargosh of my life. My Pinnacle of Success lies walking with her throughtout my life. She has changed me alot. Her Beauty, Charming nature, Helping others and Everything n everything, i like it very much. I love being around her. Eversince i realised my feelings for her during high school, i only thought it'd fly away but to prove me wrong, it only became strong. And today, i realised it even more. (With Joy) YES! She is my everything now. I am head over heels for her! I fell in total madness of Love! I found my true love in Sonakshi. I don't wanna lose her and now am ready to do anything!! You changed me Ms.Bose. You really did.

He was Extremely happy and grinned widely to himself. Vicky who purposely provoked dev, was now delighted to see his buddy realising more than ever and filled with Joy!

Dev gave a buddy hug to Vicky: Thank u Vicky. I may have turned u into something u never were., but remember u always had a company while changing! (Dev indicated himself) I am damn happy to have u as my bro, well-wisher and my best buddy!

Vicky was in no different state and said pulling outta his hug: Urggg.! Done with ur thanks session? Now leave me from ur awkward hug!

Coming out of the hug, they had an hearty laugh after a long time.

Dev: Ab ye mat sochna ki maine tume Thank you tumhari faultu idea kiliye kaha.. mai bas isliye tume thanks kaha, kyunki tumne mujhe aur Bhi realise karwaya hai ki, Sonakshi kitni important hai meri Zindagi main!

Vicky: Haan bhai! Sab pata hai mujhe.. jab insaan ko pyaar ho jaata haina, tab woh unka purani aadat ko Chod dete hai. Tu Bhi koi alag nahi sabse! Pata nahi Sonakshi bhabhi ne kaise tume chunaya!

Dev smiled at him for addressing Sonakshi as bhabhi! 'This guy surely is encouraging me into loving her more', Dev mumbled to himself. 'Par acha hai'.

Vicky faked some anger and continued: Dekho bhai, I was the one who helped you and gave an outline to make things go well for this week. So don't forget to deserve me with a Thanks haan. Otherwise I'll break all our Deals.

Dev: haha don't be Dramatic. I remember everything and I will thank you, once this task ends with a HUGE success. Tab tak toh, pls ye deal..vagera ki bhareme bas apne pass hi rakho! (He smiled at his idotic friend and bro).

Vicky continued: I have a big doubt. Well, how sure are you abt yourHEAVENLY DREAM that Sonakshi accept you? We both know she's fighting her feelings but we aren't sure of it too. She may even go against her feelings, bcoz till now she considers you as her friend and might want to maintain the same equation with you.

Dev: It's Just a little hope that she will accept me. If not, i am ready to move on BUT ONLY if she wants me to move on. I'll live only with her memories and i promise, i wont trouble or interfere in her happy life. And if I feel like she wishes to be with me AFTER I confess, then ill again try to make her realise her love for me. But will never force her into doing something against her own wish. I can never imagine hurting her or breaking her.

Vicky was taken aback by Dev's thought and appreciated him for his purity and clarity in the love that he has for Sonakshi.

Vicky: Ok now. Are u ready for this plan? Cleared with the confusion?

Dev took a deep breath and said: Yes. I am ready and am damn sure, it'll definitely have some effect on my Khargosh! (He was determined). But i can't wait till evening(he sulked)

Vicky(winked at him): Don't worry dude, its all for good

Both smiled and went to take their breakfast. Later. Vicky left for university leaving dev all alone.

Dev's State:

As the seconds passed, he couldn't stay quite. He even thought of playing crooks. He was restless without even seeing Sonakshi's face. But all he mastered was, Calming himself down and await the future ahead!

Dev smiled thinking: I can wait and it's the least, i can do for u! Let's see sonakshi, what destiny holds for us!

Sonakshi's State:

True to his luck and destiny, he planted confusions and doubts abt her own feelings in Sonakshi. She was restless even more. One way she feels it wrong, as he is her friend and other way she relishes it, wanting to be with him always. She is just going through the mixed emotions, which is what HE exactly wants her to go through for now!

P.S.This part was much needed to show the Sisters and the Brothers bond Hope i gave justice to it Thanks for reading And sach mein, am very very sorry for the late update! I lost the one, i kept ready to post from my mobile, due to network issue and i had to draft it again! But that's okay! Hope u guys enjoyed it. Eagerly waiting for ur responses. Chahe kuch bhi ho!
