Whoa, giant steps in the miyan-biwi dept. today... This man is so in love with his wife, you'll feel like shaking him for being so obtuse. Stupid Singh Oberoi! Love is within your reach, just grab it and hold it as close as you can. Wait, that he already did...😆 TWICE

Sobering up, I felt really traumatized for Annika today. She is clearly rattled by Daksh's presence. The man only has to walk nearby her alone, and she is revisiting all her most feared moments of terror. The scene was very chilling.

Imagine, if someone entered your safe zone, your HOME, and terrorized you , plunging you in your already present fear of darkness, with an added dimension of physical trauma. I felt really scared for Annika. Touching his feet was nothing, when he walked up to her alone, when no one was around, no Shivaay, no one, that really scared her. Her stumbling in the store room was disheartening, poor traumatized girl is paralyzed with the fear of death.

Thankfully, Shivaay appears. (Will you always be coming after Daksh has scared her, Shivaay?).. a tight reassuring hug, he tries hard to dispel her fears, but she is too scared to believe him.

Annika was heartbreakingly beautiful as he held her face in the moonlight, promising to be her Great Wall of Shivaay, to stand in between her and Daksh. I will kill him if he came anywhere near you! If he is crazy, then I'm an even worse crazy man, if provoked..

"You'd kill someone , for me?? Why ??"

"Because you're my w(ife)..."

(What the heck is stopping you Shivaay !!! World's most stubborn infuriating man! You can't look at a woman like that, jelly gooey eyes and all, and not say what she can see is shining from your eyes !!) UGH!!

"You are VERY important to me , Annika..." he says as he holds her face with utmost tenderness, staring at her lips.

"Please stop crying, I hate it when you cry..."

"Why?"

"Because you don't look nice at all when you cry..." to which she cracks her first smile.

Goodness, he's so protective, he's being all the things we have been expecting him to be as soon as we heard Daksh had come back.

Some papaya drama.. Before that Pinky gets a sample of KK - Shakti ka flirtations.. Serves her right, I LOLed extra hard to spite her..😆

Shivaay accosts ACP for almost feeding Prinku papaya. Seriously , it's just a fruit. If its ripe its just fine to have it in pregnancy. Wait WHAT !!

Okay did ACP look taken by surprise also?? Did Prinku make this up to get Shivaay to get them married? Shivaay threatens ACP that he better take care of his sister, or he'll have to rethink his decision. ACP plays nice, Prinku comes and cries, revealing the whole plot to the hidden Daksh.

Daksh will, of course, use this to exact more torture upon Shivaay, as seen in the precap. There's no need to scare Annika any further, she is already rattled. It's Shivaay he needs to crack.

Annika has a horrible nightmare about Daksh, tying her up and drowning her in a tub. She wakes up really scared witless, and Shivaay is at hand.

Daksh can't do anything to you...

She frets that Daksh will separate her from him again.

When we are together, nothing in this world will separate us.

He takes a Pinky Promise from her.

"I will not be afraid of Daksh. I will face my fears.."

He actually pulled her into his arms, and held her like he wanted to absorb her into himself.

Precap: Dakshmail begins. He's going to use the pregnancy against Shivaay, to do what? God knows...

Yes... I loved the whole husband/wife connection today but then I never doubted that it was there. These two have intertwined themselves so intricately that you do not know where Annika ends and Shivvay starts. I myself have a hard time figuring that out now.

Shivvay being Annika's Great Wall:
Shivvay being Annika's Great Wall does not mean he is going to be her personal bodyguard 24/7. If anyone thinks that they are sadly mistaken. My Husband is my Great Wall from all that life throws in my direction but that does not mean he has quit his job, social life and other duties and has dedicated himself to being around me all day/night.
Shivvay is the Great Wall to his brothers and Prinku as well and what that means is that he is there as their support, strength and guide in times of trouble.
That is exactly what Shivvay is to Annika but of course on a more intimate and personal level being her 'one and only' husband..lol 😉
The most beautiful part of the scene was not him assuring that he would not let anything happen to her. That he would gouge Daksh's eyes out if he so much as looked at her, break his arm if he so much as touched her and even kill for her etc etc. That is a given for any protective husband who is worried for the safety of his wife going through the trauma of being in the same room as the man who assaulted her.
The most beautiful part for me was Shivvay transferring HIS strength and courage to his other half, who was the weak one now and needed this strength. This time SHE needed him to make her realize that she needs to stand up and fight for what she feels is right, just as she had made him realize to stand up for himself and fight for what he felt was right.

This is THE REAL Husband/Wife Equation, The Team, the 'Together We Stand Strong Club', 'he 'You Complete Me' in the marriage, the 'I'm Only One Call Away' promise, the 'Through Good Times and Bad' oath and all the other sacred oaths that come with that sacred bond called marriage.

He was awakening the warrior queen' in her that she had forgotten was in there because her fears clouded her mind and her inner strength. His job as the Great Wall was to sweep those cobwebs of fear away and hold her hand to lead her from the darkness of despair to into the aura of her strength.

Of course he would be there for her but he also knew in her case SHE did not really need his physical protection.

The girl who gave Shivvay Singh Oberoi a run for his money was not an ordinary girl. She was a Demi-Goddess and this Demi-Goddess was at the moment only bruised not beaten. Besides this time she was not alone and apart from her other half - her Demi-God, and could draw strength from him whenever she needed.

what was all that nonsense background music - daksh is back, daksh is back, daksh is back😆, i was laughing through out! just saw the epi in 5 mins, dont have patience at all

also didnt she walk to storeroom, clearly daksh followed - where was this over protective shivaay then? shouldnt he be watching her like a hawk 😆

clearly cvs wanted that storeroom scene so kuch bhi seriously

It was indeed an awesome episode. The progress that Shivaay is showing as an husband is putting a Concord to shame. Both times when he consoles her like if he was living her pain. He vows to be her Great Wall of Shivaay, accepts that he can kill for her, without any hesitation, admits that he loves the dabang Anika, calls her meri Anika, also promises that he won't let Daksh come between them and acknowledges that they as a couple are a force to reckon with and can take the world head on. As we know, actions speak louder than words... What else is needed to prove that Shivaay loves his wife to bits. As for the words... Daksh blackmailing Shivaay will force Shivaay to acknowledge Anika as his wife publically because this man's brain works differently. See what happened when Mrs K blackmailed him. Shivaay might yield to D's blackmailing a couple of times during PriVeers pre wedding ceremonies but at the end of this track the acceptance of Anika as his wife that too publically is what Shivaay will do.

Whatever Daksh will say tomm+ kameeni's( 😛 ) "Anika wont do suhagaan rituals" will provoke Shivaay into declaring her as his wife..
bas yeh buddhu kuch stupid na bolde Anika ko as his reason for declaring..
Shivaay is really nice and understanding right now,so much so, that I am missing taddibaaz SSO..
I want to c his tashan now(not towards Anika but Daksh)

Meri anika meri anika sounds so bless from his mouth.

He is calling her daabang anika...giving her confidant to face his fear...hug was so good Anika feel safe and secure in his arms. Both are so comfortable with each other they still sharing bed even though they were acting..it's a nice thing both accepted each other don't need to confess now.

D is back daksh is back yes stop now we get it...the psycho is back.😡 I hate that line so much. Again blackmailing shivaay is on in precap kuch dikha do but but daksh and his creepy smirk. I get michmichi .

Today's episode was indeed good

The bed scene between Shivika was 😊 the pinky promise was good as well, didn't feel forced, and Annika's breaking down and then hugging himThis was done well, and the tub scene😵 disturbing.

Prinku- ACP stuff I'm not bothered, but damn Daksh hearing everything. I can be okay with Daksh scenes with Shivaay, but please keep him away from Annika.

LOL at the pregnancy, W*F actually, but what logic right?!😆

Okay, I'm right now going to write about just today's episode and forget that most promises made today won't be kept 😆

I skimmed through it all in 7-8 minutes. But I read detailed WUs today. Had no strength for Daksh's scenes, though.

When assault victims are faced with their past, this is exactly how they behave. The trauma, fear, nightmares and helplessness were portrayed by Surbhi with such precision that it left me shaking and literally, in tears (the scene in the storeroom and bed hug). The bathtub scene did not look (read like it was) offensive at all. It was heart-breaking, painful to watch (read😆) and - REAL.

And do you know what's amongst the most important things for such victims? That their FAMILY - especially their spouses - believe in them and make them see that whatever happened wasn't their fault. Give them the strength to face their fears, make them believe in their ability to move past this trauma and convince them that they're better than their past.

That is exactly what Shivaay did, today. THIS. This is the Shivaay I wanted to see yesterday. "Wadah kero Daksh se nahee daro gee. Wadah kero uss ka samna kero gee. Tum MERI dabang Anika ho. Jo kissi se nahee dartee." Exactly what the assaulted victim needs to hear 24/7 - esp at night.

Pinky scenes were amazing 🤣 Seriously the actress who plays Pinky. How versatile is she? I honestly believe she is potentially the best actor on IB sets. Does painful scenes, comedy and OTT dramatic - EVERYTHING so well. 😆 Loved the dialogues in the scene where she's talking to Shakti. But the actress' delivery took them to another level, only.

Somethings bugging me; Shivaay thinking getting a preggers sister married off is the best way to deal with this situation. But I get where that's coming from. For a man obsessed with NKK, that's the obvious choice. He thinks the hell Prinku will have to go through if this comes out in the open is greater than all else. Ideally, he should encourage her to do what she wants with the kid. But of course, we aren't living in the perfect world. Prinku, too, is being forced. Nevertheless, Shivaay accepting her as she is and not giving a lecture about khandaan ki izzat and sanskar is proof that he's much more progressive than we give him credit for.

I really hope the future episodes are done in the same vein as today's. If so, I might return to watching it all (if I have the patience to) Please, CVs, don't repeat unnecessary TRP torture like that feet-touching scene 🤢🤢🤢 yesterday.
