And this is why I can't give up on the show!
Since the leap, all I've really cared about is ViTharv and when will they finally meet. But today, a cute little Madhav made me realise that so long as I see his scenes with Atharv, I can wait patiently for ViTharv.
Because Madhav and Atharv together are adorable!
What a contrast we had today from their first meeting. In their initial encounter, Madhav was a precocious little brat who gave as good as he got and Atharv was totally annoyed by the spoilt child mouthing off to him.
But today, when Madhav needed comforting and protecting, he instinctively hugged Atharv who promised the little boy that he would make sure nothing would happen to him.
Vividha and Ravish finally reached Delhi and through CCTV found Madhav. However, due to the video being corrupted, they did not recognise that it was Atharv who was with Madhav. And a thankful Vividha was grateful to the good-hearted man who had cared for her son, not knowing who she was being thankful to.
And poor Madhav. He was a frightened, scared little boy all alone in a dark house trying to sleep and get some rest. But the little boy who was used to being with his mother, could not settle down. As he roamed around the house restlessly, he saw Suman doing her black magic nonsense. Unfortunately for him, she heard him and he ran away with her chasing him, only to bump into Atharv.
A shocked Atharv was stunned for a moment to see this little boy lost in his house. As he knelt before him, Madhav threw himself into his arms for comfort and safety, just like his mother had done all those years ago in the mandir when she had run away from KK.
As Atharv told him not to be scared because nothing would happen to him, Madhav spotted Suman and hid under the table.
And Atharv stayed with him until the rest of the family arrived. Despite asking him who his parents were, Madhav remained mute until Atharv asked him if he recognised anyone. And Madhav finally spoke and pointed.
"Gandi badi ma."
As Madhav held Atharv tightly once again, a surprised Atharv saw Suman hiding and asked why the little boy was frightened of her. But of course, she managed to twist things around. However, to her shock, there was a picture of the missing Madhav in the paper enabling them to contact his family.
In the pre-cap, Suman tells the rest of the clan that Madahv is Vivi and Ravish's son. I just laughed!😆
P.S. I just want to mention what great casting Kabeer is as Atharv's son. He has so much resemblance to him. And his chemistry with Vikram is brilliant.
