Logan box office collection day 2: Hugh Jackman's film beats Commando 2, collects Rs 10.50 crore
Logan seems like the movie that is worth your time!

Saving the best for the last, Hugh Jackman's latest outing as Wolverine is phenomenal. The superhero film titled Logan has hit the theaters, and is stepping up the box office game. While it's day 1 collection in India were less than Vidyut Jammwal's Commando 2, the day 2 collections have a different story to tell. The word of mouth publicity and reviews of Logan have been terrific. It has minted Rs 5.75 on day 2, bringing it's grand total to Rs 10.50. Commando 2 only managed to earn Rs 9.56 at the box office. The numbers are only going to increase for Logan.
The numbers that Logan churned at the box office would have been more if the teaser of Deadpool 2 had been attached to the prints in India. The teaser of Deadpool 2 plays before Logan in the West, but probably because of it's R-Rated content it was cut from Indian prints. Well, nevertheless the movie is doing good in India. Logan has not only beat Commando 2, but has also beaten the day 2 collections of Ok Jaanu (Rs 4.90 cr), The Ghazi Attack (Rs 9.50 cr), Kahaani 2 (Rs 10.04 cr), and Wajah Tum Ho (Rs 5.54 cr) amongst the latest release. And the biggest feat for Logan is that it has surpassed day 2 collections of the last superhero movie Doctor Stranges day 2 collection. The Benedict Cumberbatch starrer had a collection of Rs 6.09 crore on Day 2.
Bollywoodlife's film critic Gaurang loved every bit of Logan. He gave the movie 4.5 star in his review and wrote, " This is the Wolverine film Hugh Jackman deserved all along. This has to be one of the most unconventional superhero movies of all time, in fact, it's not exactly a superhero film. It's more about two misfits of sorts, who are dependent on each other, to try and find their lost glory, fight their inner demons to save a probable, future saviour' of the mutants. There are many gooseflesh-inducing moments in the film. All the action scenes in the film are intriguing and keep you on the edge of your seat. There is not a single over-the-top or dull moment in the film."
